Wendy's isn't what it used to be. In the past, Wendy's quality was far superior to McDonalds and Burger King and other fast food places. This isn't the case anymore. The quality just isn't there. It's good for convenience or for a late night snack - but there are so many options in Wayne. Go to OG Burger on Valley Road. They are far superior and the prices are similar. read more

I went to this Wendy's on Hamburg Turnpike with my family, and we all ordered something. They forgot to give us the cheapest thing we ordered, and when I went up to inform them, the cashier came out and looked at our trays on the table to check if I was lying. Of the few times this is happened over the years, I've never seen anyone do anything like that before. They normally say sorry and give you the item.After she saw that I was not lying about not being delivered the cheapest item, she went back and made one and returned to the table where she literally slid it backwards looking away the whole time. No apologies, just indignation. Only slightly better was how dirty the table was, and when we asked for a cloth so we could clean it, a worker came out and begrudgingly sprayed and wiped it down and left without a word. Again, a basic apology for the condition of their table and cleaning it down is all that was needed. I normally like Wendy's, but I would avoid this one until the manager and employees get more training. read more

Most of the workers are very rude and disrespectful. This location is highly unprofessional and run by poor management. The environment looks unhealthy , especially since their male manager has such a nasty attitude. I waited a total of 19 minutes today for a cheeseburger meal including undercooked French fries. At first I was handed the wrong, greasy bag and then handed my bag. It's aight. Fries are soggy and stuff, they always give me normal nuggets instead of spicy ones and that always pisses me off.

If you are in the area and "must" eat fast food, Wendy's is your best bet. I find they have food that tastes more like real food than the other places. Slightly nicer atmosphere, like carpeting And upholstered booths as opposed to tile floors and hard plywood seats. Drive through seems to be a big part of their business too. read more

While the food is ok, the service really stinks - especially around the dinner rush hour. A recent visit, after my order was taken and I went to sit down, a patron behind me ordered something and was told you have to wait - his response, I've waited over 20 minutes, I have to wait more?". I will never order here again. Wendys is not my preferred fastfood, but sometimes I end up going to a wendys. I still go to wendys, sometimes, just never here. I have never had worse service at a fastfood place than I have had here. Time and time again I would come here and the order is messed up and something is missing. The last time I ever went was when the manager himself, at the time, got upset when I asked for a cup for water. Completely unprofessional. On our most recent (yesterday) trip and our last trip to Wendys we ordered the pretzel chicken sandwiches, the chicken was raw inside! Gross, we immediately went to the manager who exaimined our chicken and said and I quote " there is something inside your chicken but I'm not sure what it is" WHAT??? And if you're a William Paterson student and pay with your ID, you're supposed to get a discount but they don't care and always make up an excuse to why you aren't eligible!
