You order at a counter and they call your name for pick up. They have a small seating area. There are four 4 top tables. There is one 6 top table. The tenderloin sandwich was large. You can get a large sandwich for $10.95 or an extra large for $13.95. They have over 20 different condiments to add to your sandwich. For sides, they have french fries, onion rings, mac & cheese, baked beans, and chips. They are priced separately. They serve Coke products, which we really like! Our tenderloin sandwich was served hot and fresh. We got it with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions. They have a variety of sauces you can add as well. Since the seating area is small, my wife snagged us a table while I went to the counter to order. This was probably our mistake. Our order was priced incorrectly in that we only got the tenderloin Tuesday discount on one of the tenderloin sandwiches. We probably both should have gone to the counter and ordered separately. We got sauces on the side and my wife got the ranch and I got the fiery ranch. However, when we picked up our bag at the counter, my sauce was not included, although it was on the printout of our ticket. So, technically you could say both our order and our bill were incorrect Although the bill, you could say, was also our fault since we did not order separately. That being said, we have gone to other establishments on Tenderloin Tuesday and had one bill and we both received the discount. The tenderloin sandwich was OK and fairly priced given market conditions. Would we return? If we were on the far east side of Carmel, we would stop in again. However, we would not drive all the way here from the far west side of Carmel just for the tenderloin sandwich. If you are near their location, stop by and give them a try. They were definitely busy and the staff was friendly.

It's a casual dining room offering a comfortable place to eat your meal. I got the large breaded tenderloin with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion with mayo on the side. My friend got the extra large - better be hungry to finish that off. The sandwich was crispy on the outside and tender/juicy on the inside. The tot rings were awesome. The loinz and rings were not greasy. Overall a very tasty offering. We will return.

The cheese burger is delicious, plenty of topping and condiments, you're going to need more napkins than you think. Chicago dog is fabulous. We tried some of the new sauces; ranch, comeback, and bbq this time, and we like all three. These package of sauces are very generous. The chocolate cake shake is AMAZINGLY good! Employees were friendly, order was ready in a timely manner and correct. I lived in Springfield, OH for many years this Portillo's had Woebler's mustard packs, which are made in Springfield, yummy mustard my favorite is the sweet and spicy.

This location like most doesn't have enough room for the high volume of traffic they receive. If I were on a city committee I'd require them to build on much larger lots to allow for the high volume traffic. Saxony who owns this location as well needs more room but they did do a good job with making two lanes, one for anyone and the other for mobile orders only. This location doesn't have that so I have to sit behind everyone else while they place their order even though I have already ordered on the app. We were just here and ordered a shake and two gallons of tea. The kid in the drive thru window questioned that I had even ordered it and asked for my receipt back. Then she sighed and told me to pull forward to the stop sign while they make them. You can imagine the dirty looks we got because now we were blocking what limited space they have for traffic to flow through. Now for a comment to the chain in general. You make a diet lemonade with Splenda, it wouldn't be rocket science to do the same with the iced tea. Everyone knows it's more difficult to dissolve sweetener into an already iced drink, add to that you are in a car even more difficult. Last comment, I don't who was so wise to discontinue the delivery in those chick fil a cars but that was a huge disappointment
