What could you improve? Everything. The mobile app wouldn't work. I tried to order what I had pulled up in the app & it was obvious they were not going to offer the sauced wings with a biggie bag. Apparently they have about a dozen varieties of iced tea, but the just picked the damn one they wanted me to have. It said "peace tea" on the receipt. I have no idea what that is, I did not see it on the menu, and as what I ordered was ICED TEA, well I would expect a clarifying question if they did not understand. Carl Cales Jr overworks his employees as well as understaffs every shift. He refuses to pay managers and closers their promised pay, resulting in everyone upset with their working conditions and not putting the proper effort and love into Wendy's, that you'd experience in another store not owned by him. read more

This is by far the worst Wendy's location. I have lived near here for over 17 years and I go hear a couple times a year and each time I am disappointed. The burgers are usually very dry, do not seem fresh, the fries do not taste fresh and most the time any modifications to food is never provided. The workers ignore the drive through at night and are outside smoking instead of working the drive through. I went to Wendy's on vacation in florida and it was what I remembered when I grew up. The Avon location is pretty good. This location is just terrible. read more

this place is actually really shitty there is hair in the food the workers don't wash their hands after returning from the bathroom and they really racist i went and seen an employee smoking in the establishment they don't stop fresh fries I literally witnessed it they thought I wasn't looking I asked for no salt fries they dropped previous cooked fries and back in the grease which made my fries extremely greasy read more

Stopped in here for lunch one afternoon. Ordered a low-carb double bacon cheeseburger (no bun) with lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles - no fries, and a bottle of water. They provide the foot to you in a small plastic container. Burger was as tasty as it can be for a fast food burger of this sort. Service was good, restaurant was very clean. read more

The food is luke warm (I do not wait to take it home, I typically eat it right in the parking lot, too), and/or 4. Haphazardly throw toppings/condiments on my items. Girl working the drive-thru was not very friendly, put my order in wrong & then forgot to give me my drink. When I went back through to get my sandwich remade she didn't apologize & acted like it was my fault. She then forgot my straw & seemed like I was asking the world of her when I asked for a straw. Hadn't been to this one in years & won't be back again. Glad my local Wendy's is much better! read more

The lack of outdoor garbage receptacles is kind of upsetting unless you like taking your empties with you and stinking up your car some more. Other than that this is a pretty solid location that hasn't let me down very often. read more

I got my frosty and there was plastic in it. I almost swallowed it. The bag was poorly packed and there was no napkins. After eating I didn't feel very well. I do not recommend going to this Wendy's because the service is slow and many things are wrong with packing and the frostys. read more

Worst Wendy's expirence. Stopped there to get construction crew lunch. All the fries where rushed under cooked. My chicken sandwich was the wrong chicken and it was over cooked like it had been re dipped or something. Lady at window was very rushy and kinda rude. For the money spent you would think they could at least cook the food correctly. Not like we as a crew have time to take food back . Ruined our lunch break and wasted our money. Expecting fast food to be decent and prepared correctly is silly, I know. Even with lowered expectations, this location of Wendy's is slipping fast. I would say that there has been a management change recently (3 weeks) because incorrect orders, incorrect portion sizes, and a lack of straws/spoons (four frosty's, zero spoons...) have become the norm. Outside of Cheers, nobody likes the norm. The norm in fast food is that you feel ripped off, screwed around, hungry, and unlikely to come back. read more

I visited the Westlake, OH Wendys at 9:30PM Tuesday January 24th. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a value fry. When I got home I discovered I had a hamburger but my receipt indicated a grilled chicken sandwich. This is not the first time I have had an order messed up by this Wendys. I did not feel like driving all the way back up there and just ate the burger. I would recommend anyone going to visit Wendys to check their order before they leave. read more
