Food was nasty. Yes it was Wendy's but the is was awful. Dude working the window was awesome but the food was hot garbage.

Ordered lunch for our employees- we WERE frequent customers if this location. But today burgers were very dried out and stale buns. Fries were old. We called to complain and manager said she didn't even have our order number in her system ( we read number off our receipt!) Offered to remake lunches but we did not want that after the first meal was so unappetizing. So we will not be back. And we will pass the word about our experience. read more

This restaurant made us love Wendy's again. We have long given up on Wendy's and honestly only stopped here to use the bathroom and grab the kiddos a 6 piece nugget to share. BUT the staff was so welcoming when we came in and the restaurant was so adorably decorated for Easter that we ended up staying for a bit. We all ordered food and the guy taking our order, Justin, was super friendly and helpful! The food was hot and yummy! We were pleasantly surprised! Will be back on our next trip to Tampa. THREE times we asked for extra mayo on our chicken swd. Three times the person taking the order said ok. My sandwich had about 1/2 table of mayo and a small sprig of lettuce. First time here, might be the last. Absolutely zero organization. Children running the asylum!!! Not 1 manager in sight for the entire time we were there, 40 minutes because it took 20 to get a baked potato. Food was good though, but entire place was filthy. My bride had to clean our table. Wait times for everyone was MUCH longer than it should have been. With a brand new restaurant, where the heck were the owners, obviously this place was thrown up with zero thought, nor training. Staff of mostly young ladies kept going outside talking on thier cell phones meeting family and boyfriends! Wow! Unfortunately, this particular store was having a bad day when I visited. I pulled into the drive-thru and was asked to wait to place my order. That was not a problem. I eventually placed my order and was told to drive up to the window. In the :15 second between the time I placed my order and pulled up at the window, the chicken for the chicken sandwich I ordered disappeared. When I got to the window I was informed the store was out of chicken. The woman at the window asked if I wanted anything else, but didn't offer to let me see the menu again. She made a suggestion and I just went with it. The sandwich I got had unmelted cheese on it and the meal was generally thrown together. I'm not sure whether it was a supply issue or something else, but overall, I was not impressed with this particular Wendy's. read more

All of the customers seemed pretty pleased and for how busy and frantic the staff seemed, they kept up well and got everything in our order correct. A woman, who seemed like the manager, got an attitude with one of her employees while critiquing her actions. This happened in front of the customers. It seemed unprofessional and I felt bad for the employee who seemed to be doing her very best. The employee handled herself professionally and remained calm and kind to us. The bathrooms were handled as a standard fast food restaurant bathroom. It was not very clean and there were no paper towels to open the door with. (This was an issue for me during Covid). The floors were sticky and we could not help ourselves to napkins, lids or straws, which I would assume is due to Covid and makes sense. Other than this, coming from someone who has worked in the restaurant business for years, it was a decent experience that could have been better. read more

Blind leading the blind at Wendy's. Trying to use a coupon - 2 for $6 on the Hot and Juicy double cheeseburger. Cashier is dumber than a fifth grader. Gave her a ten dollar bill - got $5.52 back. Good thing I'm honest, otherwise she would have come up short at the end of her shift. Cheeseburgers were cold had had too much ketchup on them. No napkins in the bag either. Me and my husband do DoorDash together and our customer put his order in at 12:30. They close at 1 am we didn't get up to the window until 1:36 didn't get the food until almost 2:00 am. The man that helped us was very rude and was yelling for no absolute reason over some cookies they didn't have . His name was Justin and very unprofessional and didn't know how to handle stressful late night shifts. I was from out of town. I had just got off the highway from driving 9 hours through the mountains. Both me and my grandmother were very hungry. We stopped here at this Wendy's for breakfast and it was the worst service ever in my whole natural life! First of all,when we were ordering and inquiring about menu items, the man taking the order huffed and puffed with frustration as if he was mad that he actually had to do his job. Secondly, they didn't even read the order back to us to make sure it was correct until I asked. When the man said the order it was incorrect and so he corrected it(supposedly) and said to meet him at the first window. When we get to the window the man said our total and once again I asked what we had ordered as he did not confirm it and he huffed and puffed and said the order which was still missing items. Lastly, once the food was brought to us I asked for bbq and chilli sauce for my potatoes and he literally gave me one bbq and one chilli sauce packed and I had a large order of potatoes. THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD SITH WENDYS. THE STAFF PORTRAY POOR REFLECTION OF WENDYS AND I AM HIGHLY UPSET. This Wendy's is RIGHT off of the highway, so after nearly 10 hours of driving my boyfriend and I wanted to grab something quick that wasn't just mcdonalds(right next door) and we pulled up at 12:25 and the drive through closed at 1, we pulled up to the window and the girl said "the registers are down so we can't take any orders" which I could tell was a complete lie and it was just an excuse because they all wanted to clean up and close. It was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. If you are advertised to be open until a certain time then you are obligated to serve food until that time, especially with 35 minutes left at a FAST food restaurant. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband is a truck driver. He puts in long hours every day and at 10:30 pm last night (9/26/17), he parked in a lot next to the Wendy's in Wildwood, Fl to get some food. The doors were already locked and he was told he could go through the drive through to order. So, he walked around the building to the drive up window to order. No one was in line ordering when he walked up and the person who opened the window refused to take his order. He explained that he is in a semi and unable to drive it through the drive through. She then said she need to ask her manager if she could take his order. While he is standing there waiting, a car pulls up and she takes there order. Then she tells him he needs to move. He said, wait a minute, I was here to order first and she told him to move and she will take care of him after she gives the person in the car their order. After that three more cars came up and she never took his order. Wildwood in a popular stop for many truck drivers. There stops for food are limited and this Wendy's should understand the importance of catering to their needs. If it was not for truck drivers delivering their food and supplies or the truckers who order food from them, they would not have a business. Needless to say, he left there without food or services because some ignorant little twat could not be bothered to take his order. read more

I ordered a Dave's double combo and upgraded to a large drink. I'm a diabetic so I was going t o have a Coke zero. Went to soda machine it was out. Went to the counter to ask for one from them. I was informed that they were out. I asked since they were out should I have to pay for the soda when I'm not getting anything to drink. I was told we are out nothing I can do for you... ordered well done burger and it came out medium.. bathroom was out otlf toilet paper.
