My family placed several orders at this Wendy's today, both through the kiosk and at the register. All food was ready quickly and orders were correct, including customizations. Employees were friendly and competent - not always the norm these days at other places. They included plastic ware and condiments in our bags without us having to ask. Food was hot and tasty! I will say that in the past this location has been closed or slow with orders dependent upon time of day, so our positive experience today may not be a consistent pattern. Bottom line - it's a fast food restaurant in a service plaza, so set your expectations accordingly. read more

Slow, over priced and low quality....Unfortunately had to stop on the turnpike....license to gouge.

Very unorganized and chaotic. My simple three item order took over 33mns. They lost the order and so I asked for a refund so we could be on our way. They then found 2 of the 3 items pushed off to the side and we had to wait on the third. Multiple orders were filled before we finally received our order after 34mns. Multiple screw ups on other customers orders as well while we waited. This store could definitely use some modernization to their food prep process and order tracking systems. Not happy receiving cold food after waiting so long. read more

It takes forever to get your food. While I there the ready list had the same names on it for 15 minutes at a time, and yet the employee started shouting my name before I was even on the ready list. She was yelling and being loud because it took me 15 seconds to get my food and when I got up there she asked "what about the sauce"? I repeatedly said I had not ordered any and didn't want any but she continued asking "but the sauce?" Getting more and more angry each time. Horrible staff, horrible wait times, and hearing employees constantly shout because god forbid someone didn't teleport over to the counter makes it awful to just be there. read more

Worst Wendy's in the entire system. Took nearly 1 hour to get my food which wasn't cooked properly. This location should be shut down. 1 hour for 2 burgers. Meanwhile the lady in this photo was rude and stopped working when we asked for an update and just stared at us and told us to sit down or we wouldn't get anything. read more

Terrible service and the two meals we ordered were in. my food sat in the bag for ten minutes while I watched it sit. I asked three times if it was mine and when I finally got it they didn't follow any of the directions they were given. pathetic experience. don't waste your time. read more

Pure chaos! Waited 40 minutes for a simple order of three breakfast sandwiches. When it finally arrived it was still missing an item, had to wait another five or so minutes. Only two people working, no one was clearing the order list so it was not showing the currently waiting orders. Staff had no clue what order to fill first. People were getting mad and demanding refunds so they started filling those orders ahead of others, making more people mad. They desperately needed some type of manager or expediter on the line. And the Self service machine did not print receipts, (out of paper?), girl did not know how to give me one. read more

Being that i dont eat burgers and only fish, my first challenge is finding a place that sells fish sandwiches. I drove past several other Wendy's to get to this particular one because they still offer fish. Well let me just say I could've done a Wendy's commercial because my sandwich was sooooo darn good ! I will take that drive over and over again. That 8pm crew made that sandwich with much love. I even asked that they please drain the oil and I didn't get questioned as I often do by young people who apparently dont understand my reasoning. Thank you 8pm crew for such a wonderful experience! Absolutely awful. Kiosks take your order...so no human involvement, one would think that would lead to faster food delivery. Oh no...30 min for 3 chicken sandwiches and it wasn't even busy. Lots of employees slowly moving. Their pace is that of a sloth. They could not move any slower. People stopping on the turnpike are not stopping to dine, they want quick service with many on a long car drive. To waste over 30 min for Wendy's is absurd. Go elsewhere if you can. read more

Took 45 minutes for my order of two chicken sandwiches! Never again. I should have just gone to an exit and got off the tollway.

Quite possibly the worst Wendys I've been to. None of the kiosks were working. 4 employees worked at a snails pace, there weren't even that many customers in line. I don't know why they are so slow. read more

These poor employees are working hard but the establishment is severely understaffed. They only have a kiosk order option because two employees are otherwise taking orders and making all of the food. Between the line leading to one order station and waiting for food it took over 45 min. Not very fast food or convenient for a road trip. Next time we will save time by getting off the turnpike read more

Dirty counter, dirty eating area. We were ignored by the staff. Waited 10 minutes while only drive through was attended. We finally left. Never saw such a dirty Wendy's and never had such poor service, actually non service. Wendy's should be ashamed of this franchise operator. read more

Be aware, this is not a real Wendy's. Yes the name is there, and yes the menu looks the same but if you try to use a gift card then you will be told politely they are not a real Wendy's. This caused some concern. The food looked like it was from Wendy's but it was below average and we only ate it because we were on our way to the next stop and hungry. The burger was bland and the fries were blah (not the fresh taste you expect). The area doesn't seem very clean and the staff isn't very concerned about your order. If you can avoid this place you would feel better about yourself and your choices for the day. Not recommended. read more

I've been 49 of the 50 states and this is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. First of all their customer service was awful. Second, It took over an hour from ordering our food to get it, and when we finally did, they got our order wrong. If you have any sort of a timetable, do not waste your time at this Wendy's, but if you I have 10 bucks for a cheap burger, and an hour to wait; by all means. read more

Ordered chili with onions and cheese. Was told they didn't have fresh chopped onions for chili, like cook went out of their way to freshly chop an onion for my chili. Very satisfied by the customer service! read more

Burger was cold!! Bun was cold and old!!! Staff not friendly!! Will never stop there again! Oh and they don't have kids meal on their menu and don't accept coupons, not even the mobile ones.. worst Wendy's franchise ever !!! read more
