This location is a disaster. I keep trying to come here because my kids like it but I think I have reached my limit. I have NEVER had a correct order through the drive thru ever. Any sort of modification like no mayo (my son has an egg allergy), no ketchup (my daughter just doesn't like it) is ignored. I have found better luck ordering on the app which tells me it's the drive thru employees that just can't be bothered to take the order with any changes. Sometimes there is an older man working the drive thru and he is just outright abusive, he will yell at you if you try to ask for a straw or napkins, he is also difficult to understand but if you ask again he will just yell louder. I have given up. and to be honest- even fast food- a rating of a 1 is really bad so I guess it is accurate to feel this location is hopeless. read more

I find myself stopping at this Wendy's location for late night food since the Wendy's up in NH are already closed by 10 PM. The drive thru at this location is usually the only option late night since the dining room is already closed. Also, I've found the drive thru service quicker here at this Wendy's than at the nearby McDonald's drive thru (their lobby also closed late night), which can take around 30 minutes on a late Friday night. As for the food, I usually order Taco Salads, Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, Fries, and Spicy Chicken Sandwiches for the road with no issues. However on my last visit to this drive thru, I ordered a Taco Salad with lightning quick service (less than 2 minutes to receive my food), but I noticed they forgot the nacho chips after I pulled away. I had to reenter the drive thru and pull back up to the window. Good thing there were no other vehicles in the drive thru and I was able to receive my missing nacho chips with apology. read more

If I could rate it a zero I would. The most absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. No greeting hello, no greeting have a nice day, not even a response when you greet them. Manager is always yelling at employees. Food order is never correct. our last and final visit the Manager looked at us and asked "what are you smiling about?". This was only after we had ordered, finalized the order, pulled up to the window only to get the opposite of what we ordered. Why? The worker there was SO horrible a rude!! The bacon fries we ordered had not been in the bag, so my boyfriend went back in to go ask for them and the lady was just flat out rude. She proceeded to say 'You didn't order them' and then when he showed the receipt and she was proven wrong she said 'whatever'. But that isn't even the worse part. After being yelled at for not stating the size of the frosty I ordered along with an apple, pecan salad which comes with hot chicken on top. After paying the woman, (without gloves or washing her hands) she then began preparing drinks for the next person in line, pressing down on the cover. There was cream for coffee next to a coffee machine that was surrounded by plastic bags & napkins. I finally got the order, drove to a spot to eat. I put the dressing & the nuts on top. Picked at it a little then began to eat it with my fork. ALL OF A SUDDEN....a COCKROACH crawled out from under the chicken. It has taken me all weekend to be able to put this in writing. I was and still am sick to my stomach!! After throwing the salad and roach out of my car, I went inside and asked for my money back. The conditions I saw under the container where the fries are placed was BEYOND FILTHY. I expect to see fries and maybe a napkin or 2 on the floor, but I saw filth!! I saw at least a half inch of dust along with fries, paper and God knows what else all over the floor. The counter even felt dirty, (not sure why I touched it after this experience). I was refused my money back because I didn't have my receipt, I think it was thrown out the car door along with the roach. I then told the woman in charge what happened. Got order wrong twice. Decided to stop and grab a fish sandwich combo on the way home. I used the self ordering kiosk in the restaurant to order a fish sandwich no pickle, no tartar sauce, no cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions. Small drink and small French fries. Got home - received fish sandwich pickle, tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato and NO onions (fries were good and gone by the time I got home) Went back, told them the order was wrong, said I ordered with no pickle, no tartar sauce (the very busy woman at the counter went back to get my sandwich replaced, I incorrectly assumed that they could look up the order ). Waited several minutes (it was busy and it is being made fresh so not a problem). Got the fish sandwich (didn't feel as warm as the first one) and it had fish and cheese. I went back (luckily still in the restaurant) said still wrong, it has cheese - she said I didn't say no cheese (which I didn't) but also no lettuce (which is standard). Decided I couldn't wait another 10 minute (since now my fast dinner was already 40 minutes (including the time I drove home and drove back) and still no sandwich. $7.69 for a small french fry , small soda and a lesson to NEVER eat at Wendy's. On the positive side, the woman at the counter was very polite and apologized. Recognized me when I came back in and promptly greeted me. I left after telling them the 2nd wrong sandwich (I did not give them the opportunity to respond to my complaint -- they were too busy and honestly I no longer wanted to eat their food). I've frequented wendys many times and when it's good...it's awesome but mainly is so-so. Last and only time I asked for a hamburger with extra onions and got a semi warm I fresh hamburger; one small 1/2 ring of onion; small amount of ketchup/mustard I could hardly taste (of two bites) and stale cold bun. The coffee did not taste like coffee at all. It was a warm dark water ... I will never go back there again. This is a true disgrace. This establishment disregards their patrons. Upon arrival after a terrible day, I order a JUNIOR VANILLA frosty. After waiting for 15 minutes due to a car crash through the fence that left significant damage, I finally arrived at the window. I was waiting for another 5 minutes because the machine was secreting a discolored liquid. I watched the employee throw the sliding glass window fill my cup with CHOCOLATE. I was enraged upon my first sip I had a burning feeling in my stomach. Though I finished the frosty I ended up having severe diarrhea when I arrived home. Why does the Woburn Wendy's have so many bad reviews? I have never been here, before today, so I don't know the timeline, but the restaurant looks BRAND NEW and is one of the nicer, more-modern Wendy's locations I've seen. The drive thru is hidden and may fool some people. It is in the back corner of the parking lot, by the Washington Street entrance. Today, Brian at the 1st drive thru window was very friendly and helpful. The people at the 2nd window were also helpful, yet seemed a bit distraught and confused. Overall, fine visit and the cheeseburgers were good as usual. Thanks, Woburn Wendy's. I'll be coming back if I visit Woburn soon (which would be rare, yet could happen....) read more

I went here with high hopes of having my hunger satisfied and I will not lie it was. But the price I paid for 4 jr cheeseburgers and a crispy chicken sandwich is ridiculous. I was charged 30$ and when I asked what the price was about I was yelled at and made to feel inferior. Never have I left a fast food joint so upset. Wendy's is wicked pissah and is the balls. It's fast food, and so, personal/friendly service is basically nonexistent. Instead, food is made in a timely manner, and I have never had a bad experience here. I most always get the Dave's Triple and the specialty fries like the Siracha Bacon Cheese fries. No matter how hungry, I am totally stuffed after this feeding session. The White Truffle Bacon Fries were awesome, but are no longer available and have been replaced by Bacon Ranch Fries. I love the drink machine. It's a hightech touch screen. Coke, Mellow Yellow, Sprite, etc., all with infusion options of cherry, peach, lime, vanilla, and more. This location always finds a way to screw up my Wendy's experience. I come here for a quick bite to eat. You would think my visit would be simple, quick and delicious. NOT. They forgot most of the items in my bag? Like how do you do that when you stare at a screen that has the items listed? So I get home and realized they forgot to put some of my food in the bag. I call them and ask them to refund my credit card. "We cannot refund you over the phone, you have to come in" WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT, should just go pick up my food instead AND get a refund. I get to the door, and the manager abrubtly states "Sorry, the inside is closed" I'M HERE FOR MY REFUND.... He just refunded the one item, not the meal which I thought was awful customer service, but it wasn't worth my time arguing wit hthe 19 year old so called manager....
