It looked like a drowned rat at this point and was useless. I asked for a refund and was turned down. A few weeks later, I received a call from Jessica. Eryn was the one that ruined the topper. So the second time around, Jessica asks what can she do for me. I told her I already asked for a refund and was denied. She was trying to get me in to "fix" the problem, but it couldn't be fixed. Too much hair was cut. I said I wanted a refund. Finally she offered a 30% refund. I settled. She said "when you get the refund could you remove the Yelp review?" I told her I would take care of it. I updated the review; I did not remove it. Awhile later my bank account was frozen. I could not access my account in any way. I went to see my Financial Advisor. He said "I see a suspicious eTransfer to you for $500; the origin is questionable" The red flags started popping up. I told him where it came from and he said it appears the business/person was trying g to reverse the deposit. However this couldn't be done because I already deposited the money. Very unprofessional, and so was her telling me to remove the review when I get the eTransfer. I will never do business with them, or refer them to anyone. I am unable to remove the stars, but I wouldn't even give them one. I hope no one has to go through this traumatic experience.

Permanent dye is also being repeatedly pulled through hair that's already been coloured giving it a dry, patchy look. On another visit, I asked for soft fringe bangs using a clear reference photo, but they were cut wet and left choppy and uneven! This is like basic hair technique 101!

I was in this Zen place thinking to myself in my chair ....finally I found my salon. ........................Until At the end, as I was checking out.....Luna charged me $120. I reminded her that actually Kim's fee for a woman's cut on the website is $100. She mentioned that this is the minimum and that it can increase based on the length of hair, quality of hair...and this and that....which is funny because they call you before the appointment and ask you all that stuff, but don't mention any price increase, until you have to pay....lol I asked her again and she said, the website is not accurate... wow...ok.... Anyhoo, I did find it a little disingenuous especially considering that Kim my stylist mentioned it was easy to cut my hair because of how healthy it is...so why the extra charge then?..... Pity for them she wasn't the one at the front as I was leaving. If you are the reception for the evening, it is not your business how much tip clients leave or choose not to leave. She didn't even attempt to ask or consult my stylist about the fee confusion, or to ask management to look into the matter and honor what could have simply been an honest misunderstanding. I did, however, recently try topical solution, and although I noticed some decrease in thinning, the hair I had lost did not come back. The hairpiece looks and feels fantastic!
