It looked like a drowned rat at this point and was useless. I asked for a refund and was turned down. A few weeks later, I received a call from Jessica. Eryn was the one that ruined the topper. So the second time around, Jessica asks what can she do for me. I told her I already asked for a refund and was denied. She was trying to get me in to "fix" the problem, but it couldn't be fixed. Too much hair was cut. I said I wanted a refund. Finally she offered a 30% refund. I settled. She said "when you get the refund could you remove the Yelp review?" I told her I would take care of it. I updated the review; I did not remove it. Awhile later my bank account was frozen. I could not access my account in any way. I went to see my Financial Advisor. He said "I see a suspicious eTransfer to you for $500; the origin is questionable" The red flags started popping up. I told him where it came from and he said it appears the business/person was trying g to reverse the deposit. However this couldn't be done because I already deposited the money. Very unprofessional, and so was her telling me to remove the review when I get the eTransfer. I will never do business with them, or refer them to anyone. I am unable to remove the stars, but I wouldn't even give them one. I hope no one has to go through this traumatic experience.

I felt like I couldn't leave the house without wearing a hat and would go to great lengths to avoid being in photographs. I've worked as a stage actor since I was seventeen, and this made me hyper aware of my ever thinning hair. In Film and TV, casting makes their choices based off of looks primarily, and as 27-year-old bald man, I felt my choices for casting were very limited and felt like had a huge impact on my career. I never tried to remedy my hair loss other than wearing hats to hide it or just shaving it all off. I did, however, recently try topical solution, and although I noticed some decrease in thinning, the hair I had lost did not come back. The hairpiece looks and feels fantastic! I barely notice I have it on and it behaves like a whole head of hair. It looks so natural that nobody who has seen my thinning hair before could tell that it is a hairpiece. The hardest thing to deal with so far is just getting used to having hair again. I am very excited to step out into the world with confidence and feel like I am in a co-dependant relationship with a baseball cap! I spent over $70 on a synthetic wig and not even a week later the wig is matted and has visible stitching. It is unbrushable now. Currently working with my credit card insurance to get reimbursed. Hmm So I went back a few days later with a credit card they did the transaction and said that I was reimbursed. It took a few days to be verified on the credit card but when it finally cleared it was not a refund at all but a purchase of 179.20! They charged me twice for an item I returned.
