Color me shocked when they showed me the Alignment report on why she had 2 rear tires going bald on the outside where even the steel belts were showing on one. Even hitting a pothole every day for 6 months couldn't have screwed up her alignment that bad. They have no idea what they are doing regarding alignment to the point they either don't even do it, or they have incompetent employees taking short cuts. I would recommend you not visit them for anything related to alignments or tires. Within 8 months you will probably have the same issue and be out another 1k+. Absolutely ridiculous to take advantage like that.

As they welded it together they used to much heat which damaged the honeycomb inside and pieces broke off inside which caused got clogging and could have caused a fire being the gas couldn't come out the muffler. I am a single mother of two children and our safety comes first and obviously they were only thinking about the money and not our safety. The staff worked on the truck for a good while to determine if there was damage. After a while, they determined that a dealer may be able to provide a more thorough diagnostic. We are only getting our truck back TODAY (radiator) and will bring it to a local dealer for a more thorough diagnostic. Everything that could go wrong went wrong; we had to postpone our trip to see family until the fall; the rental place had no more cars until the next day. Tim and Cecelia drove my son and me to our hotel. This staff went out of their way. They were honest, competent, and kind. If you are in the area, please service your vehicle at Mason's. There have been a few occasions when I expected my repair to be expensive because I tried to deduce what was going on. Even when they knew I thought I had an expensive repair and they could have totally fleeced me, I've been pleasantly surprised to find out my car troubles were much less costly than I anticipated.
