Just got back from here. My wife got an oil change recently and they lied to my wife about needing new brakes and rotors which they said they'd order. When I went back to pay for the oil change and get an explanation for they're lying about the parts the manager Mike told me he was in the military and because of that he couldn't lie about cars. Then he blatantly called my wife a liar, following that up by saying they showed her the brakes last time, (which they never did) and told me if I was gonna keep lying we'd have to go "out back" to settle it. I will never be giving this place my business again, and while I appreciate our Veterans, Mike is a lying childish scumbag. You threaten your own customer over a lie you tried to cover up? They are rude and misogynistic, enough said. Even though it was my car being serviced (and I was paying) they only acknowledged my boyfriend who was only there because he was driving me home while my car stayed there. During a visit we provided them with an oil filter we had purchased ahead of time. Not only did they charge us for another oil filter, the one we provided went "missing." I would never go here again, nor would I recommend anyone else go here. read more

Purchased 4 new tires and am happy I went with Adirondack; especially as the market is saturated with tire centers in Rotterdam and Schenectady areas. The experience was great, my tires were in stock and I was on my way within an hour. There is no price for the time I saved. Make sure you ask for Ted. This place has good deals for winter tires which is why it got 2 stars otherwise it would be one. But just had work done at this place yesterday and had my tires rotated doesn't include balancing and it was around 40 dollars. To have them balances was another 40 dollars. And they balanced it by leaving the old weights on and just stacked on new ones. When the real way to do it is to take off all the weights and add them on as needed. I will never bring my car here again for anything. read more

I recommend thise place. I went in for 4 new tires and had a fast leak for 1 tire. He ordered the tires and patched my leak for free. When i got the new tires on they did an alignment which ended up still pulling to the left. I called them back they set me up for another appt and fixed the problem. On April 14th I went to Adrindack Tires on curry road to get 2 new tires and have my recently rotated tires from the front put on the back and the new ones put on the front. We left to N.H. to visit my Dad and realized that the crappy firestone tire was left on. The tires were not rotated and I just paid to have my good tires replaced. I had roadhandlers from sears which I love. When we contacted Mike the manager at adirondack tires to tell him what happened he was not suprised as the employee we had working on our car they were trying to get rid of because he doesn't listen or take direction well. At which point they were busy and had to go look fr the tires to see if they were even around anymore. Long story short I still do not have my tires or compable tires. Not looking for new tires but ones similar to what I had. My husband spoke to Ben; supposed person in charge of adirondack tires. Which he is not. So now I am out my pair of roadhandlers at 400 dollars and they are refusing to do anything. Please repost. Adirdondack tire on curry rd in Rotterdam NY does not care about their customers or at the very least this customer and I find this to be unacceptable. Being in customer service al my life I could never treat someone so poorly. 1 month and no resolution? read more
