This Law Firm said that they would reach back and discuss the case. According to the person I spoke with on the phone just now, she stated that they sent me back an email and claimed that they weren't able to take the only because I was still employed. What is the point of being an employment law firm if you're not gonna even help people just because they're employed? so your going to allow employees to have their rights violated just as long as they're still employed? would not recommend this behavior or this law firm!

Are you looking for a firm that only responds about 50% of the time--and when they do, they still…read moredon't answer your question? A firm that passes you between multiple attorneys who have no real understanding of your case? A firm that consistently overpromises and underdelivers? A firm where you're treated like just another number? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then this is the firm for you. @The Moderator -- Instead of issuing a generic, canned response, take the time to read the reviews and seriously consider the feedback being shared. There appears to be a consistent pattern that shouldn't be ignored. I recommend holding an internal discussion to evaluate and improve your processes, communication, and accountability. Your work has a real impact on your clients, and a lack of effort or follow-through reflects poorly on your morals. You can do better.

I am submitting this complaint regarding the handling of my personal injury case by Morgan &…read moreMorgan. My primary concerns are the lack of communication, failure to provide timely updates, apparent lack of review of my medical records, and the ongoing delay in distributing my settlement funds. After Morgan & Morgan accepted my case, I consistently found myself having to initiate contact in order to obtain updates or move the case forward. Throughout the representation, phone calls, voicemails, and emails frequently went unanswered, often requiring multiple follow-up attempts before receiving any response. After I completed medical treatment, communication became even more limited. At one point, I was informed by my attorney that I was not injured. This statement was surprising given the medical treatment I had undergone and the ongoing pain I continued to experience. The statement led me to question whether my medical records and treatment history had been thoroughly reviewed before that conclusion was reached. When I challenged that assessment and explained that I remained in pain, I was told the matter would be reviewed and that I would receive a return call within a few hours. That call did not occur, and I did not receive meaningful follow-up until several days later despite repeated attempts to contact the firm. The lack of responsiveness became so concerning that I ultimately sent a written request asking Morgan & Morgan to cease representing me. Only after that request did communication resume. I was later asked to sign a demand package and was informed that the insurance company generally had 30 days to respond. When that period expired, I received no proactive update from the firm regarding the status of my claim. Once again, I was required to make multiple calls and send multiple emails before receiving any information. I was eventually informed that my claim had been denied due to an alleged administrative mix-up. Following additional requests for action, I was informed that a lawsuit would be filed. However, shortly thereafter, I was advised that the matter had settled. Despite the settlement being reached, communication again became inconsistent and difficult. More than three weeks after settlement, I was informed that the firm was still waiting for an itemized bill from my medical provider. Concerned about the delay, I personally contacted the clinic and obtained the requested documentation within 48 hours. I then provided the documentation directly to Morgan & Morgan. Despite receiving the requested documents, I was unable to obtain a clear timeline regarding the release of my settlement funds. When I asked when I could expect payment, I was informed that no estimated disbursement date could be provided. At this point, the insurance company has settled the claim, attorney fees have been addressed, and medical providers have received payment. However, I, the injured client, have still not received my portion of the settlement proceeds. The pattern throughout this representation has been a lack of communication, delayed responses, failure to provide status updates, and the burden being placed on me to repeatedly follow up in order to obtain information about my own case. As a client, I expected timely communication, reasonable diligence, and transparency regarding the handling of my claim. I respectfully request a review of the firm's handling of this matter, including: 1. The failure to maintain regular communication and provide timely responses to client inquiries. 2. The apparent failure to adequately review and assess my medical records before conclusions were communicated regarding my injuries. 3. The repeated delays that required me to personally obtain documents necessary to move the case forward. 4. The lack of transparency regarding settlement processing and disbursement timelines. 5. The continued delay in releasing my settlement funds despite settlement having been finalized. I am requesting immediate clarification regarding the status of my settlement proceeds and prompt disbursement of any funds owed to me. As a client who entrusted Morgan & Morgan to represent my interests, I believe I was entitled to a higher level of communication, diligence, and professionalism than I received throughout this process.

It was important for me to have someone who would listen and also had the legal knowledge and experience to advise me of exactly what my options were and also to help calm my fears and provide the reassurance I needed to make an informed decision. It was very nerve wracking to think of having to work with a lawyer after a past bad experience so it was important to me to feel like the law firm I was working with was completely invested in my wellbeing and the outcome of my case. I was looking for someone that was compassionate, understanding, efficient, and who would communicate with me well throughout the entire process. After researching reviews on the internet and AVVO webpage I contacted The Fraley Law Firm because I was very impressed with their positive reputation. They responded to me quickly and I was able to completely discuss my issue with an attorney. I had read numerous positive reviews about The Fraley Law Firm and once I spoke with them I immediately knew I was in the right place and I am so thankful for their guidance. My lawyer was with me every step of the way, calmed my anxieties and helped me to resolve my issue very quickly. I felt he thoroughly listened to everything I had to say and understood the gravity of my issue and I am grateful that I was able to resolve my matter quickly with their help. They were everything I needed and more and I feel extremely thankful that I found them in my time of need. I highly recommend The Fraley Law Firm!

I am a client of this firm and so far my experience has been great! I had a legal claim a few years…read moreago and went through a different firm here in Tampa. While that previous experience was not horrible, there definitely were mistakes made and misinformation shared. Working with this firm I feel like I have been kept up to date with the status of my case and every decision is ran by me. More importantly, I truly feel my attorney has my best interest. I know what you're thinking and you're probably right to an extent, but they too deserve to be compensated for their work. Nothing in this world is free (and if it is you're the product)! Anytime I have called the firm, which admittedly is not often (I'm bad at this), I have been able to speak with my attorney or get a call back in a timely matter. At the start of this whole ordeal I was receiving a lot of calls about my case from the insurance agencies. I was able to defer everything to my attorney and this firm, which was awesome because after that trauma I truly did not want to deal with it. It was a particularly stressful time! Their office is conveniently across the street from the old court house. It is a super nice and clean office. I've only been there a few times and everyone I have encountered thus far has been friendly and professional. Parking was not an issue since they have their own lot. I cannot stress enough how nerve wrecking it is for me thinking about having to go downtown and having to figure out whether I will find parking or how much cash I will need for a parking lot or parking garage! No need to worry about that here!!! All in all I would definitely work with this firm again and with my attorney. Give them a shot if you are in search of representation! +ohhhh and I love the way their pens write... I got to take one home ;-)
