Even if my paperwork isn't perfectly in order they are eager to help me and make sure everything is counted out to my liking. I had to go the bank. the branch employee had…read moreto call "back office security". offshore chick before she could or would assist me wanted my phone make carrier and cellphone provider etc. total invasive and over reach. wouldn't help me unless she had that information. I was right there in the bank with id etc. that back office, security is a bunch of crock .. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold my information out to some 3rd world scammer. I'm currently in the process of closing accounts. had a secured credit card. I closed it and told them to pay it off with secured deposit. although it is closed, still got charged a late fee and interest. when I was there in person to close the account, banker had a communication barrier. he wanted to close my checking account.. I had to be very blunt about it and tell him no. I've had almost nothing but problems with this banking institution. from their atm's being down, to not providing receipts. so if you don't get a receipt, be sure to take a picture of your transaction at any atm. the only thing from this bank we have in my community is an atm. will be glad to totally change banks in July. definitely lost a customer today watch yourselves out there with your money!

When you enter, someone actually comes out and asks what you need... so personal. If you need the ATM, they help you with that, but folks were there for customer service and they have diner style booths to do work! It's actually really cute. I went in for an insurance check endorsement and found the staff to be very helpful. The process didn't take long and the guy who helped me was doing it for the first time. They did not have counters with tellers, so I'm not sure about cash services. If you need to talk about a loan or use an ATM I highly recommend this location.
