From the street name alone, and I have seen MANY different variations of Chase branches that vary…read moredepending the kind of area that they are in; you would think this branch has prison doors going into it. Of course, in Nicholasville, KY; the location is a nice middle class area, so no issue there. The other Chase locations I have been to were the one off New Circle Rd., where you had like a prison door entry way. Someone had to press a button to let you through and two sets of doors, HIGHLY burglarized area I guess and the other was in Louisville, the same thing. Anywho, what I really liked about this location was that they had coffee for the public! WOW! O_O Not even the one in Hamburg has that! Oh and of course they had a bowl of dum dums out too (a dum dum is those little lollipops). The most I ever received free from Chase was a bottle of water and someone had to ask me if I wanted it -_-...

Every time I go to this location , I always am treated with rude comments and very rude behavior. Today went threw the drive thru , I sent my license and my money in. I sit there for what seems like forever. I push the call button and this young lady comes on the screen eating something. I asked her if she was ever going to acknowledge me , she said not until you pushed the call button. Really !? Really !!! This is the last time I do business with the company , ever agin.,.
