So when I drove all the way across town to get it cut correctly, they said they couldn't cut my fabric because their were other people in line. Meanwhile I had waited in line for ten minutes with my number for my turn and the worker said since it's the holiday season we can't do custom cuts and told me they would only cut my fabric if there was no one else in line. They were cutting everyone else's fabric with some customers having more fabric than I did but refused to cut mine.

Carolina got another service they told me to go across the street and get it checked and they said I had thrown a rod and it had something to do with oil or type of oil used.
