Oh the BF and I love this place. They have so many nice clothes and just so happens that when we went, many styles were 50% off. Yay!!! I came out of here with a cute top and some really, really cute gloves and the BF really loves his jacket. Wish I could've gotten more stuff from here but since it was one of our first stops in the Soho District, I had to hold back to explore the other stores. read more

Oh this shop is delicious. When I walk in and run to the back where the women's clothes are I fantasize that it is my closet. I grab at a million pieces that I love (they always seem to know what I love, how do they do that??) and get into the dressing rooms, which are nice and big and have the mirrors inside so you don't have to come out, just in case something looks silly. I have been buying a lot of my clothes there lately, they have a great style but are also such staples. Good quality clothes you know? Nick, my man, loves this shop as well, they have great sweaters and jeans for men. The boutique itself is lovely, dark wood, the illusion of more space that there is, ample dressing rooms, flat screens with fashions fading in and out...never crowded. MY FAVE. I've always been a big fan of WeSC. Their flagship store in SoHo has a clean layout and helpful employees. The manager of the store, Honda was super personable and really made the shopping experience top notch. This is one of the only places that you can shop the entire WeSC line at once, and its well worth the trip if you're a fan of good style and quality customer service. read more

I really like the styles that WESC offers, but I opt to buy their clothes at Bloomingdale's. Maybe because this location is manned by uninterested hipsters that would rather chat with their friends than be courteous to customers. read more

not sure why this is labeled "women's fashion" as it carries stuffs for both sexes.. so i'm guessing this is the NY flagship store i'd heard so much about. but, upon walking in, i was indeed impressed by the rad WESC lighted logo on the back wall and the WESC headphones in the lexan case, but everything on the racks was earth tones and i just don't do earth tones. the merchandise felt really limited and sparse. the shirts were spaced so far apart to visually fill up the racks, but the store felt pretty empty. i guess the denim selections were full, but i was hoping to pick up a nice sweater or jumper while i was there. ahh, to no avail. the LA shop is infinitely better than the SOHO shop. so, if you have a choice, now ya know.. read more

I had a pretty messed up visit to the WESC store over the weekend. I used to buy a lot of stuff there but no more! On Saturday, I went in wearing a pair of jeans I bought there a few months ago whose fly buttons keep falling out of their eye sockets. I explained to the sales guy that they were only a few months old, and I couldn't understand why the button sockets had become so loose so quickly. He said he didn't know but considered it "normal wear and tear." I said I wanted to buy a new pair of pants. I chose one and asked if there was any possibility of a discount. He said no. So, I asked to talk to his manager, saying it was worth a try. He said the manager was on break. I asked when the manager would be back and that I would gladly wait. He said the manager was actually in back and he would go ask him. He disappeared for a minute, then came back saying that the supervisor would not approve any discount beyond the 20% holiday sale that was already taking place storewide. I said fine and that I would take the pants at their current price. I then said I would wear the new pants out as the old jeans were no longer wearable with a fly that wouldn't stayed closed. (Funny, I know) Anyway, I asked him if he could throw away the jeans for me and he said "No, we don't throw away jeans for people." I said, "You can't just throw them out?" He said, "No, but I can give you a bag and you can throw them yourself." I said, "No way dude, I'm not doing that," and left. This is a pretty messed up example of customer service and in short WTF? -a former loyal customer read more

Everyone knows WESC as making headphones, but some only know that they have an entire clothing line. The prices are bit up there, but they do have good sales from time to time. When you walk in it's really cool and laid back and normally there's only 1-2 people there so they help you out right away. read more

Really high quality clothing and accessories. Been using a backpack I bought here since Christmas and its been perfect in every way.

WORST customer service EVER. I bought a backpack 6 months ago and the zipper completely broke, so I called to see if I could swap the bag out or have them fix the zipper. Not only was the guy I spoke with COMPLETELY unhelpful, he laughed at me and said "well, you bought it 6 months ago." Last time I checked, a product that someone pays $100+ for should last longer than 6 months or at least the company should be willing to replace it if it does break. Basically, rudeness and poorly made products have GUARANTEED that I'll never return to this store and I will never recommend the brand to anyone. read more

Great clothes, lack of variety. There was a sale while we were in town. The variety they had in stock was limited to what was displayed. Pretty bummed because we're fans of the line. They get a "2" because they're like every other store in SoHo- they stand around watching you shop and chit chat with one another. Not much help there. Wonder what they get paid to do... read more

I was one of the lucky few to catch WeSC during their end-of-the-season sale. My sister, her partner and I went to town. Their clothes and accessories are of really good quality. We spent at least an hour trying different things on, chatting with the employees--who were really dope, btw. Regular prices can be a bit steep, but catch a sale and you're set! read more

Great store! Clothes not necessarily my style but the headphones are great. The staff is extremely helpful and kind-- unlike the people over at Supreme next door. Actually, every WeSC store I've been to across the board have had stellar customer service. read more

I love this store and usually make a point of popping in to see what they have everytime I'm in New York. I've bought jeans, a hoody and a long sweater from here and love each piece. The women's section is pretty well stocked too (more sizes in the back, I believe) and usually arranged by colour. The jeans I bought are exceptional and well-priced. I'd much prefer shell out the money here for a pair of denim than sevens, j-brand etc. The staff seem pretty laid back and you'll have to ask for help. (I haven't quite figured out if that's a good or bad thing. Having worked in pushy retail, I quite like being left alone until I've found something I'm interested in...) read more

WESC is my new favorite store in Soho. I've been walking by this store every day for over 3 years, but never stopped in. What a shame - they have awesome clothes! My husband wanted a particular blue/purple striped sweater, but I found two dresses, two button down shirts, leggings and a sweater for me as well. YEAH new wardrobe! The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful too - not 'hovering' like in other stores. Definitely going to stop in more often. read more
