She ignored us for about 5 minutes and then rolled her eyes and said "well i'm sure pressing the buttons 50 times isn't gonna unfreeze it" and we asked what we could do about it and she said "well it's frozen there's nothing i can do about it" and never rang up our slushie, had a bad attitude, and never gave us our receipt or even asked. Horrible customer service if you ask me. The machine literally said "please see associate for help" in red, and she just watched and then tried to be smart.

I was sober and only had those 2 drinks and he thought that I was intoxicated. We then proceeded to get into an argument and he came outside the counter to threaten me and get in my face.
