i used clean machine several years ago when they were located on Rt 41 in Venice, Florida. at this…read moretime i dealt w/ the owner, peter, who was knowledgeable and friendly. i recall the price for service and parts were reasonable. note the reviews posted on yelp for clean machine are from 2019, 2020, & 2021. the business has moved to Corporation Way in Venice, Florida. in february 2024 i took my 1 year old powerwasher in for service. the machine sat for several months and the carbuerator needed cleaning. peter was not in the shop so i dealt w/ a young worker who has zero people skills. i was charged over $100 for the carbuerator to be cleaned. hourly wage $85 per hour. YIKES!!! it didn't take an hour to clean the carbuerator. i would suggest shopping around. peter isn't in the office very often because of serious personal issues so you have to deal w/ this young kid. i would give clean machine future business but i won't deal w/ this kid. i will only deal direct w/ peter or another technician. peter i wish you the best and hope you are back in the shop asap.

I have…read morefound Daniel to be the most knowledgeable about my projects and always directed me in the best way to get the job done. Over July 4th weekend I rented a concrete grinder and the vacuum at his direction to remove the thinset after the tile removal. I used the grinder as it was designed and only removed approximately 20 sq/ft of thinset before the wedge diamond head inserts wore out. The process was very slow but he let me know that in the beginning as this was an alternative to the chipping blade on the 30 pound hammer which I had just used last weekend to take out the tile. The grinder worked great until one of the blades wore down to nothing. The other 2 still had the diamond circle grinder areas in them. I reached out to them thru their website and left them a message to try and figure out where to get a new set of grinder blades to finish the job. They were closed until Monday bc of the holiday weekend but I tried anyway. I ended up renting another grinder from Lowe's rental and finished the job over the weekend. Monday morning when they opened I was there to return the grinder and vacuum and was met by Daniel. I stated let me help you unload it and he responded "doesn't seem like you are trying to help me at all". I began to try and explain what i went thru and what I could have done/happened. He started screaming and yelling at me calling me a liar and cussing me out in front of other customers. I continued to maintain my composure while attempting to explain to him that I looked for the replacement blades to replaces them and was unable to get them bc of the weekend. He continued to yell and curse me out. He asked " what you want a discount?" I said no not at all. I just wanted to know if the rotary part in the bottom which he refused to let me show him was bent and that's what caused the one pad to wear out and not the others. I truly have never been to treated this bad in my entire life by anyone. In the end he did discount the order 50% which I told him was not necessary, I am not sure why he did that. Completely embarrassing to stand there and be yelled and cursed at in front of other people while trying to work thru an issue with an adult throwing a tantrum. Never had an issue at Lowe's or Home Depot rental. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people.

The salesman, David Moffatt, said not to worry; we can hold the items and deliver them for free when you are ready to receive them. The delivery was white glove, and the men were wonderful. I later had some trouble with the bar stools, so I spoke to Mr Moffatt, who talked with Bob in the warehouse about going to my home to fix the stools, which Bob did. It was an easy fix with me as a happy customer. I can't say enough about this wonderful store that gives great personal customer service.
