When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I said fine I had already purchased a replacement ceiling fan and I paid him $300 for the additional item that he said was electrician they the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and proceeded to try to install the ceiling fan. I don't know specifically what he did, but I want him remove the ceiling fan brand new out of the box on and meant the ceiling fan as he was installing it and the ceiling fan didn't work. I was watching him the entire process, but he around and says oh the ceiling fan must be defective. It must've been bent The ceiling fan wasn't banned. I watched him take the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and subsequently bent it when he was trying to install it then he says well you have the packing ceiling fan came in. You can return it to the store and get a replacement. The problem is that I now have a broken ceiling fan installed in my ceiling so how am I supposed to remove the broken ceiling fan? I'm not electrician. I subsequently called American home shield and JCJ did not respond. I would anyone to use this company incompetent if not corrupt and the only reason why I even utilize them was because they were the assigned contractor with American home shield

He walked around the house for barely over an hour while his assistant was doing all of the reading and at the end of the appointment was trying to leave without going over the inspection report with me. My husband and I had to go back and forth with him because he wasn't intending on putting g lack of GFCI outlets in the kitchen because according to Randy, "We lived all these years without them so it's not necessary to put them in unless you're doing a remodel." We also had to point out to him obvious water damage that he was attempting to chalk up as nothing. After having to consult with his "floor guy" he finally agreed that it was in fact water damage. After all of that, he stormed out without doing a roof inspection or setting up an appointment to pick up their Home Depot purchased radon detector. When I called the office to find out what was going on, the receptionist was completely clueless, I guess they were planning on trespassing to pick up the radon test. The nightmare doesn't stop there, I had to call multiple times practically demand the report back so I could submit it to the agents in time AND AFTER ALL OF THAT they call me stating that "my check bounced due to insufficient funds" and now they want a new check with a $40 fee. I called my bank, they have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. I guess this is their way to get an extra buck at the end? Absolute atrocity. Oh and the cherry on top, their report was a Word document where half of the pictures were pasted in over the actual report. Good luck to any of their customers. They will need it.
