They spoke Spanish to the finance company of which I didn't understand and the price of the car went up by at least $3,000.00 without my knowing it when I got the bill of sales 2 weeks later from the finance company. I was there from 10:00 am until closing (sick and just wanted to go home). Salesman went home before I did because he took someone else to sell a car to and I had to find someone else to help me. They simply replied "yes" and offered no greeting, welcome, or questions about what we were looking for. When we asked about the Highlander Hybrid we had come to see, one salesperson immediately responded, "Nope, that's not here. What they post on the website is never right, you just have to come in to see what is actually available and we don't have that price that is posted, never accurate." Not only was this frustrating after driving such a distance, but the salesperson's attitude came across as dismissive and argumentative when speaking with my husband. The interaction left such a poor impression that we didn't even want to get out of the vehicle to see what inventory was available. We understand that online inventory can sometimes be inaccurate, but there is a right and wrong way to communicate that to potential customers. A little professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in helping customers would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, our experience was so negative that we left without even stepping inside the dealership.
