I leased a Jeep Cherokee 2014 from West auto sales. Pedro. Not only relentlessly hit on me and stalked me on my social media asking me for nudes. The man who leased me the car. But the car broke down monthly and I had to pay for not only the car payment, but they forced me to pay for the car they lease me breaking down monthly. When the car broke down for good two days after I just paid them to fix the car for the millionth time they promised to lease me a car without having to pay to get into a new car. Then they changed their mind and wanted to charge me 1500 to get into a new car after paying Them to fix that car that was constantly breaking down. After they promised me they would get me into a new car for free. After I said no, they put me as a repossession. I do not recommend this place. They are terrible. read more

They said they contacted us about paperwork they messed up. We were dealing with medical issues and let them know when we would be in and always followed through. They had out car repoed where the most disrespectful couple came with a child. Started yelling profanities at my residents in front of all my neighbors when I asked what was going on. I will never get a car from here or ever recommend them to anyone ever. read more

I purchased a car from this dealer back in February as a result of being in a car accident. Since that time(starting a week later) the vehicle started having issues. Interior lights don't work(no vanity/door lights), one of the headlight assemblies is out because either the previous owner or similar drilled into the housing of the light breaking the seal resulting in water ingress, the hood is off kilter, cup holder broken(this was day one and I failed to notice. I understand that I should have been more careful purchasing an as is vehicle, but for there to be this many issues so soon thereafter is absurd and shows the vehicle was not tested/audited in any way. That and the TWO MONTHS it took to actually get a license plate for the vehicle from them(with my prodding frequently for status updates). This is my 11th vehicle purchase in my time, and easily this would be the dealer I recommend the least. Griffin took my best friend for the proverbial "ride". The guy listened to everything we had going on, struggling to come up with the down payment, having to call people and ask for loans to get it - he heard all this and just kept pressing us to get the down payment. We managed to scrape it together, he took that money no problem, THEN told my friend he now needs to have full coverage. I've bought plenty of cars and I've never been forced to sign an insurance policy before leaving the lot - the lot always provides 30 days to give you time to find a decent policy and not be forced to sign the first thing you come across. So after taking the down payment, he then lets us know we now have to come up with hundreds of dollars for the insurance, knowing we just scraped together everything we had for the down payment. Called in two times before I came in to make sure I can do the no credit check program and both of the times they said it's not a problem as long as I have proof of income. I explain I do rideshare (u we, doordash and such) and they said to just bring bank statements. After driving all the way from Utah county they told me no they don't accept people that do Uber for income. So just frustrating that I wasted my time coming here. Thanks guys! read more

We were able to get into a car within a time which I should admit it was the shortest amount of time in being at a car dealership. Called in a day prior to arriving at the dealer. Spoke with a very nice sales rep by the name Jaymond (hope name spelled is closed enough). He was attentive and very professional in making sure our car buying experience went smoothly as possibly as he could. Griffin just wasn't transparent and didn't seem to care. After listening about what the other dealers did and saying we provide better service here "WE HELP OUR CUSTOMERS". I was struggling to come up with the down payment after telling me that the amount I had could be worked with, calling my parents and friends for help, he knew this and saw it and just pressed for us to get the down payment. Once we were able to scrape up enough, he gladly took our money and then informed us we now have to come up with insurance before we left. I was under the impression they would provide a months worth of insurance and give me a chance to check rates and get the best one instead of signed the first policy in front of me. I again got a loan from my parents to get full coverage only for Griffin to tell me it's not enough. So now I'm in a financial bind trying to figure all this out. I feel like I was played and was not shot straight. I urge caution to anyone that goes to this lot. read more

We've been really unhappy with the used vehicle we purchased here. They sold us a used truck with 89,000 miles on it for $8,000. It drove great, had a solid mechanic check it out. Within 2 weeks the power steering went out. The ABS system needs to be replaced. New battery...and now the transmission is having issues less than 5 months later. We have barely put any miles on it because it hasn't been working well for the majority of the time we've had it. Take it back in to see about fixing it/trading it in. They offered us less than half of what they sold it to us for. I know buying used vehicle can be risky but I've never had a bad experience until now. I felt good about buying from these guys because they had positive reviews and they're a smaller dealership so I was hopeful they'd be more responsible than selling a piece of crap for that price. Can't recommend a single thing about our experience here. read more

Worst place to buy a car, we know buy a used car is risky, buy don't be honest is the worst, bad motor car drive it just 50 to 60 miles, no body take responsibility about it, tying to talk with the sales person and they just passing calls, super expensive fix but over all they are selling garbage. read more

I traded an 04 mountaineer with nothing wrong with it that was paid off and still paid 2000 down on a 04 Silverado didnt even get home before the ac compressor went out got to the house 150 miles away and the tires had separated had to drive the last 60 miles at 30 miles an hour put new tires on it that same day a week later found out the vibration I was still feeling both u joints were bad and the tail like had a hole in it a couple weeks later the transfer case went out truck skid to a stop sideways almost rolling at 60 mph me thinking I had a warrenty unknowing nobody wants to work with warranty and they wont even pay book time so I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket to pay the diffrence in what they would pay and what they charged I went threw 6 shops paying 100 dollars each out of pocket for diagnosis then i had to change tires again because skidding to a stop ruined them after a month of not having a vehicle I got it going again then I noticed that one particular tire was almost bald (40,000 mile rated tires with less the 1000 miles) come to find out the ball joints and tie rods were bad so I paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket for that to be fixed then it snows come to find out the reservoir for the windshield wiper fluid had a hole in it so I replaced that oh I forgot to mention the stereo went out within a week of having it so when I got it it was ticking they told me it had an exaust leak come to find out the oil pump was bad when they sold it to me and by the time the check engine light came on it fried the bearings in the engine so now it needs a new engine and once again nobody will fix it so I owe 10,000+ dollars on a truck I cant get fixed I have put 7000 miles on and it has needed more then that in repairs since I bought it a year ago call and complain they dont return phone calls they sold me a straight lemon they helped fix it twice but both times I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket and now they wont do anything they claim to do 100 point inspection I call bull these guys are scam artists they did me dirty read more
