Although they don't have all the bells and whistles or accessibility like a Wells Fargo, they make up for it with customer service and consistency. It took forever to get resolution but I liked that the bank credited me the money back while they pursued the business.

Then she said you must be paying it late then but as long as you're paying it before the 16th, then you're OK but she was pretty rude to me and very short with me and I didn't appreciate that. I already felt bad enough calling and asking for help or assistance that doesn't make a person feel very well when you're treated like that.

The first check was required to be paper and they placed a hold on my check for SIX DAYS. I was depositing this check on the 1st of the month when all my bills were due and I was barely making the cut to survive. When I asked why or what I could do the lady at the desk only told me "service generated". I asked if there would have been a way for me to just cash my check and she told me no there would still be a hold. Later learned I could have gone and cashed it at Walmart or Hyvee. Customer service was terrible I got no explanation until I spent 30 minutes calling customer service and they told me there is nothing I can do now. Will be closing my account when my check clears you cannot do this to people.
