All proceeded smoothly. It was almost a relaxing experience. I never felt rushed but despite my long list of labs, with urinalysis. After you check in they will yell out your name when it's your turn to come in. Once you go in, no eye contact, you hand them the lab order and they will give you instructions in a rude way. On my way out I advised them that my insurance changed since the last time I was there and showed them my new card. The rude girl took the card, looked at it along with her screen, didn't do anything at all, handed the card back to me and said nothing. I asked if that was it? She said yes. I walked out. Is it going to kill you to be a tiny bit pleasant to patients?? Two stars because despite the staff being so unpleasant, the wait time was actually 5 minutes. Thank goodness I didn't have to be in there long. They seriously need training on basic politeness!! Oh, this place is on the 3rd floor. You can take the elevator up but you can't take it down. The front had a 2 check in kiosks, and a large waiting area. The waiting room had 2 tv monitors displaying patients names and who's next to be seen. The staff members here are all curious, friendly and very professional. I took about 10 min total for the wonderful lab tech to pull up my info and then draw 5 vials of blood. Painless and easy. All lab information is electronically then sent to your primary care physician so there's no paperwork for you to drag around!

If you make an appointment online and provide all your information, you receive a text about 30 minutes to tell you to check in when you get there. It allows you to check in about 5 minutes before your appointment. If you have a 10:00am appt and show up at 8:00 am, you're going to end up on the waitlist OR you'll be able to check in at 9:55am. They know how many appointments they can handle and the first time we were there, someone came out and told the waiting room that they could not take any more walk ins. My veins are horrible and I can only have draws on one side. I was a little worried, but the tech was very patient and found the perfect spot. She got what she needed and had perfect blood flow without having to stick me more than once. My appointment was at 8 am, I was home by 8:19am. I was taken in at 8:02 am. No place is perfect, but I will definitely do my blood work there when necessary.

It would've been nice if they at least gave me a heads up. They told me I had to go to a different location 20 minutes away.
