When you get into the back their entire team is nice , efficient, but above all caring. The anesthesiologist was so so patient and compassionate about my concerns. She was truly a gem. Every person who works here that I encountered from start to finish was amazing. The care, cleanliness, and overall kind atmosphere is not what I have experienced at other facilities. I was in such great hands here and a huge thank you to all. It's obvious that this place is run correctly and that the nurses, doctors and pretty much everyone you encounter is just nice. I took my kid on 06/02/26 and the doctor words after check up was "Let's wait his body fight against the virus and if he keeps having fever in the next 3 days bring him in again" (supposedly he's throat started getting infected), but I knew something wasn't right so I made an appointment with a pediatrician at pediatric associates next day 06/03/26 and guess what? He had a very bad throat infection and it's also starting a ear infection so I was finally able to have prescription for antibiotics, my baby is 20 months old and has barely eating or drinking in the last 4 days. Everyone is very nice but they are the worse emergency care ever if your heath insurance doesn't cover another emergency care change it. I have been coming to this place since 2023 with my first daughter and I always thought maybe "just this doctor or nurse doesn't know what they are doing" but I swear to God 95% of them it's completely lost, I don't like to be negative and write bad reviews to places and people but I'm definitely SO DONE with this place.

I paid at time of service as I was told the insurance would not cover. This is fine and has happened before. However, the insurance DID pay in full as they were notified by the end of that month and I have yet to receive a refund more than 90 days later, despite weekly attempts to follow up.

I had been bitten by dozens of red ants on my feet and one of the bites was infected. They quickly and compassionately took care of me. I was given antibiotics and the doctor advised me to wear open toed shoes for a while. She also told me to lay off of the hydrogen peroxide for the time being as it was burning the infection site. She performed two painless root canals, placed two caps and two veneers on my front teeth. Unfortunately, I moved far away so could no longer see her. Today, I went to a new dentist who is an instructor at a large well renowned dental school, she said that the work that Dr. Middelhof performed was absolutely beautiful and extremely well executed.
