The front desk staff is super helpful; the Dr, the physio therapists are very professional and know your needs. I went to this office due to neck problems, and now I can turn my neck easily and with no pain. They are amazing!

I have been a patient of Markson Chiropractic for around 20 years, give or take. They offer…read morechiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, tens stim, massage chairs, post-accident treatment, spinal decompression and more. This is NOT a case of "jack of all trades, master of none". This practice is made. up of the best practitioners of their trade. They recently moved into a new, sprawling space, with lots of treatment rooms, services, rehabilitation services and more. It is a clean, bright, enjoyable place to be! I am a patient with chronic back pain, with bone spurs on my vertebrae and bulging and herniated discs. I do the spinal decompression and adjustment every time I go, which is every two weeks. I tend to see two of the doctors, depending on who is available on the days I go. Dr. Markson and Dr. Daner are friendly, efficient, professional and truly care for the comfort and wellbeing of their patients. Let's talk about front office. I have "fired" many a doctor because of a lacking front office, or apathetic patient care. This is NOT the case here. This front office is filled with friendly, smiling, helpful humans that have your wellbeing at the top of their priorities. This is a busy office - do not let that deter you. There are enough doctors and staff that it runs like a well-oiled machine. Jenn has been with the office for as long as I can remember, and is a shining beacon of "welcome" when you walk through the door. Savannah and Lisa are usually there when I come in on Saturday mornings. They know me, they are friendly. I don't see going in to get adjusted as a chore because it's like visiting friends/family. I mentioned this is a busy office. No worries. In 20 years, I can say confidently that I have been told "no appointment is available" less times than would fill one hand. The team works with my schedule, they will fit me in if there is any possibility of getting me an appointment - last minute, same day, plan ahead - they got me covered. The patient care and wellbeing is top priority here. I will continue going to Markson Chiropractic as long as I can. I HIGHLY recommend this business!!

My experience was not the same as the other reviewer. This Chiro shares a building with an attorney…read moreand when I walked into the lobby the first thing I noticed was the smell of wet dog. It was raining - maybe there was a leak in the building ( a whole in the ceiling -where its apparent they are getting work done & the borders on the wall were all stripped away) I should've maybe taken this as a sign. I asked the receptionist if there was a dog in the building because it smelled like pet and she responded that "it must be the tenant upstairs" -- ooook. I was in quite a bit of pain otherwise I would've just left at that point. The inside of his personal practice was much nicer than the lobby -so I calmed down a bit. I waited 15 minutes in a room before the Chiro came in to see me. He was talking quite a bit and I really wanted to just get to the adjustment. He needed to do 2 x-rays - which my insurance didn't cover. They were $45 each -so with My co-pay and the x-rays I walked away spending $120. He then had his assistant put me on a machine that rolled up and down my spine - just a little tickle for 20 minutes. Then she moved me to a room and put a heat pack on back for another 20 minutes. (Mind you I came in for a full adjustment as I've had the issue prior and this is what my Chiro in Los Angeles normally does) When he finally saw me (mind you - the minor adjustment did relieve the pain) but he purposely did not do a full adjustment to see me again the next day and get my insurance to pay another $110 dollars to his facility. Really- maybe I could have let go that his facility was not up to par or that it smelled like an animal. But the fact that he did the stereotypical Chrio "let me give you more sessions though I can finish in one to get the insurance" really bothered me very much. Lastly he apologizes about the smell because his tenant upstairs put his toilet in wrong - which has caused it to be a musty and I replied ' Ummm gross - it doesn't effect the equipment I'm laying on does it??? " Definitely a weird experience. It reminded of a scene out of minority report when he gets his eyes removed in that disgusting facility --wasn't that bad but as I've experience great chiropractic work in other states my standards were up here ^^^ when I should've lowered them exponentially. I would not recommend this Chiropractor. And I requested a copy of my x-rays and they said they wouldn't be ready for a day. when I call they say oh we only put them on a disc...Soooo what did I pay $45 for each one for??? I would assume the film processing of the x-ray. Whoosaww!

He just remodeled his office and it looks great! There's usually not a wait, or if there is... it's not long. Their schedule is flexible, and they'll work with you if you don't have insurance. I've visited other chiro and therapy offices, but his attention to customer service, care and within a comfortable environment is unmatched.
