Ridiculously poor customer service! Went in to find out about an additional charge that was placed…read moreon my account. I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

No matter where you live in Albuquerque, this facility is pretty quick to get to. Once I got the unit rented, I realized how nice the folks are that run the place. They are friendly and helpful. I had my belongings in the storage unit for over three years. I paid faithfully. When I went to…read moreempty out my unit I discovered that my wood furniture had sunk into the floor. It's supposed to be an asphalt floor so I don't know how this happened. The manager on site and assured me I wouldn't be charged. What? Why would I be charged? What about my mid century modern wooden furniture that sunk an inch into fake asphalt I need to speak up because I am still going through precious belongings that were severely damaged. I had to throw away a $1500 bed because mice had nested in it. A lot of my precious paperwork is covered in urine and feces and nests. A lot of the others including my furniture is warped from the moisture and the heat. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust as well as the foul rodent infestation. They are not airtight so the elements came in and damaged my wood and paper documents. The contract you sign says they are not responsible for anything. Anything so please don't waste your money here I might as well have kept my belongings and a broken down wooden barn. So make sure that you read your contract. I'm still throwing things away after a couple of years because they would not Take any responsibility for the extreme damage. They would not even allow me to throw the rat infested bed into their trash and made me take it with me. Also measure your space, they're not all as large as they claim to be in that they charge you for. I was told I would get a refund on my space which is actually visible from their photo. Of course it didn't happen Again, go somewhere else if you don't want your things destroyed
