Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! I did a return and had two gift receipts. The girl…read moreaccidentally returned it back to the card. I was returning the Christmas gift I did not want it to go back to the card that's why I had the gift receipts. The young girl apologized and said oh I screwed up which was fine.The guy manager at no time ask to help her or even seem to care that she was in a panic Or that there was a problem. The guy manager that was standing there is the problem totally rude no customer service no apology. When I ask him about the return saying I had a gift receipt he said that's how we do it. It goes right back to the card. What is the purpose of a gift receipt then? It says you get a gift card on the gift receipt. He was really rude and wanted to continue fighting with me saying that's how we do it?!! I tried to explain I had a gift receipt again but again he wanted to talk over me and say no that's how we do it. I guess I should have just returned with no receipt. I feel this manager needs to be educated in Customer Service. And learn his job.

The gal at the counter let me know I had a $10 off coupon for spending over $100 on my last visit. She asked if I wanted to apply the $10 off , I said yes. The very next day, I realized I got two of the same things and wanted to do an even exchange for the same exact size and brand even the same product but one difference in ingredient, and they wouldn't do it. They kept saying I owed the $6 difference due to the $10 off coupon that I used. I've never heard of anything so utterly asinine in my life, I worked retail my whole life and an even exchange is and even exchange!!! They basically penalized me for using my $10 off coupon and the two girls at the checkout counter were so incompetent and utterly unable to figure it to make the customer happy. I will never go in there again and I am a licensed professional aesthetician of 15 years and never had an issue but they just lost out on a loyal professional client for a six dollar difference because they had zero professional abilities to resolve the problem or improve the situation. Never again will I spend a dime.

While I would have appreciated a call letting me know in advance that the appointment would be later than expected, the employees were all very kind and Taylor did an amazing job with my eyebrows and my sister's. The wax she used was also gentle and painless, and she helped us sample Benefit skincare products as well. Also, she was so quick that we weren't even late for the obligation we had afterwards--despite the late start to the appointment. Will be going back!

In the past, I have just walked in and hoped there was an appointment slot open. I usually had to wait 10-15 minutes which is no big deal because you can browse around until they are ready for you. If you aren't wanting to wait, it's best to call ahead and get your name in. Today Mercedes took care of me. She was friendly and started out by asking some questions about my skin. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows (which were totally out-of-control). The wax was a perfect temperature and it was one of the more painless waxes I have had. At the end of it, she asked if I wanted her to cover the redness with concealer and fill in brows. It looked really natural when she was done. There's nothing worse than feeling like one of those brows-on-fleek Instagram girls who have overdrawn, overstated eyebrows. Payment was easy. You take your ticket to the counter. They will ask you if you would like to add a non-cash tip and you are on your way. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
