The wax she used was also gentle and painless, and she helped us sample Benefit skincare products as well. In the past, I have just walked in and hoped there was an appointment slot open. I usually had to wait 10-15 minutes which is no big deal because you can browse around until they are ready for you. If you aren't wanting to wait, it's best to call ahead and get your name in. Today Mercedes took care of me. She was friendly and started out by asking some questions about my skin. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows (which were totally out-of-control). The wax was a perfect temperature and it was one of the more painless waxes I have had. At the end of it, she asked if I wanted her to cover the redness with concealer and fill in brows. It looked really natural when she was done. There's nothing worse than feeling like one of those brows-on-fleek Instagram girls who have overdrawn, overstated eyebrows. Payment was easy. You take your ticket to the counter. They will ask you if you would like to add a non-cash tip and you are on your way. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I have ordered from From-You-Flowers multiple times in the past with no issues. This time, I purchased a "Deluxe" bouquet for $77.07 as a special surprise for my wife. When my wife brought them inside and she sent me a picture, it was clear this was not a deluxe arrangement. It contained only three roses, one or two carnations, & clearly resembled a basic bouquet, nowhere near worth the premium price. I contacted From-You-Flowers immediately. They apologized & offered a redelivery, which I declined because the surprise was already ruined. They then offered a credit for a future order, which I accepted. Instead, they issued a refund. Three days later, an older woman from Flowers Amor called my wife (the recipient) directly, not me, the purchaser, in a rude & aggressive tone. She falsely claimed I had canceled the order & demanded the flowers back, stating angrily that she would come to my wife's home to retrieve them. My wife & I were both on the call, shocked by the hostility. When the woman called my wife initially, she criticized From-You-Flowers, saying "they are the worst company to order from." But continuing to harass the recipient of a gift by threatening to show up at their home three days later is completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. If you were upset with the resolution, take it up with the company you allow orders from. In my 33 years, I have never experienced such unprofessional & aggressive treatment from a florist. I have previously avoided Flowers Amor on delivery platforms due to their high prices & reviews of poor quality. This incident confirms that decision. Their behavior reflects poorly on this company. I will never order from From-You-Flowers again if they are using Flowers Amor to fulfill orders & I strongly advise others to stay away. No customer, or gift recipient, should endure this kind of harassment. Flowers Amor should be ashamed of their shameful service and attitude. The young girl apologized and said oh I screwed up which was fine.The guy manager at no time ask to help her or even seem to care that she was in a panic Or that there was a problem. The guy manager that was standing there is the problem totally rude no customer service no apology. When I ask him about the return saying I had a gift receipt he said that's how we do it. It goes right back to the card. What is the purpose of a gift receipt then? It says you get a gift card on the gift receipt. He was really rude and wanted to continue fighting with me saying that's how we do it?!! I tried to explain I had a gift receipt again but again he wanted to talk over me and say no that's how we do it. I guess I should have just returned with no receipt. I feel this manager needs to be educated in Customer Service. And learn his job.

She did not even ask me for my membership card or proof before she screamed this at us. She implied that she wanted the CHILDREN to wait outside by themselves because there was to many people even though no one was at the door or at the cash wrap telling us that there were to many people. She was cussing at my mom who was accompanying me to the store and was screaming at us the whole way out. The female staff member on duty was immediately hostile. When I provided my mother's name, she rudely told me the prescription was not ready. When I explained that we received a text notification, she explicitly called me a liar, stating that my claim was untrue. She aggressively told me to come back in 10 minutes or tomorrow. When I asked if I could wait, she snapped, "What do you want to do?" forcing me to drive back around the building and wait in the queue all over again.This behavior is entirely unacceptable. Being called a liar by a staff member while trying to collect necessary medication, especially in front of my daughter, violates basic customer service standards and professional ethics.I request that a District Manager or Store Manager investigate this specific employee's conduct during the 2:15 PM shift today. I expect a formal response detailing how this matter is being handled, as well as an explanation for why the automated notification system is out of sync with store readiness.
