He handled receiving all the materials and fixtures, and even let me send some items to his home (like a bathtub!) so it doesn't disturb my new neighbors. He also brought in my regular mail. I actually got compliments from my neighbors for how Anton's workers helped them with some random stuff. Anton promised and delivered on finishing the renovation before we moved in. While it was a pretty tight schedule, I kept making it harder on Anton by increasing the scope as the renovation progressed (because I was so happy with the work). Even though I kept adding more work, Anton was still able to finish everything by the time we moved in. He and his team are very dedicated hard workers. There are no surprises when you get the bill either, prices are given upfront and that's what you see at the end. As for the work itself - very high quality throughout the vast range of different tasks (flooring, replacing exterior windows, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, replacing kitchen counter etc.).
