Mike was not helpful at all when I called asking about return policy so I could get the correct product ordered. Mike was rude even after I owned up to ordering the wrong flooring as I thought what was ordered was what was needed. He complained about having to the rep. Boo hoo that he had to make a call. He was yelling at me and was not hearing me at all. I would never go back to this company based on this individual's demeanor and phone etiquette. He is not a person I ever want to work with again as not sure how they are still in business after my experience. He should NEVER be working in customer service because he does not know the meaning of it. Shame on him for treating me with such disrespect as a customer. I never raised my voice or yelled at this individual but he is simply a bully and needs to understand the meaning of customer service and how you should speak to people. He doesn't. Horrible experience and I would NOT recommend this company based on this one person.

Within an hour we had a bid and because we were flexible, the work was completed within one week. We called 5 other companies for a bid, Victor was able to provide a bid that was 1/2 that of the larger, more expensive painting companies in Portland. The quality and workmanship is excellent. The prep work was done well and our property was left clean and back as it was before the job started. Our garden, decking and other areas were left unscathed by paint drips, scraped off old paint, sanding etc... We will definitely work with Victor, Ryan and their team again.

I had a follow up question which ended up being related to my skylight not my gutter, but Dan came out to ensure the gutters were working properly (they were) and also gave me great advice in addressing my concerns on the skylights. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The first job went well and I liked the covers so I asked them to return and add covers to all the gutters. Unfortunately, the second job was given to a young, relatively inexperienced crew who did a very poor job. I had to call the owner back to have their work corrected. He wasn't too happy about my call but he did come out to do the correction. Having had a bad experience with the second crew, I later wrote the owner asking guidance on why the gutters were dripping along the gutter front, worried that it was connected to the poor second job. Gutters are not supposed to drip when they are empty of leaves/clutter. Mine were clean and the drips were significantly large drips. The owner NEVER responded to my questions. He could have responded to me with an answer to calm my fears about this being a normal feature of gutter covers (I have no idea if this is true or not) but he NEVER responded to any emails, calls, texts, etc. even though I gave him plenty of time to respond between tries. I take offense that once he had my money, he dropped caring for my needs/questions. I expect professionalism from companies that I hire. I try to be cordial and fair. I avoid being bombastic or angry. I approach a question with an openness, but when I am totally ignored, I do get angry. Thus, this review that I've been putting off for some time. My advice if you hire this company is to make sure you have an experienced crew do your job, not the owner's son who is learning the trade and who is not teamed up with an experienced crew to guide and correct him at the time of work. Hopefully, you'll be happy with the result and not have to call them back, because you may never see them again!

They say they'll come by the 30th for the final walk through and then start. We drive out again. Nobody shows, nobody calls or answers the phone. I finally hear back at 6:51pm, he tells me he's so sorry and we can cancel if we want to.

Do yourself a favor, do not patronize this business they do not care about you or your time.
