I recommend, if possible, that you NEVER use this Imaging Lab. Their upper management is extremely arrogant, and condescending. As patients, we are viewed like a mere commodity. It's pathetic! Something has to change. This industry is in dire need of real market dynamics. Once you can get an appointment, then it's generally fine - sort of; that is if you like being funnelled through the chute like a pig to the slaughter. However, if your doctor wants you to book an appointment, their phone service is excessively annoying, and they refuse to answer the phone. You're left on hold for as long as you care to listen to their extremely annoying recording, but they never answer their phones. When you go to book an appointment using their online system, you're forced to give them ALL your information even before you know if there's an appropriate, available spot for you. Not customer friendly whatsoever! If possible, find an alternative imaging provider. read more

If I could give a zero star, I would! I was there while my husband had his knee xrayed. Receptionist........he stood there for quite some time before she even looked up and acknowledged him. If the receptionist is busy, then she should say something like...."Hi, I'll be right with you." My husband was ignored until she was finished what she was doing. No people skills what so ever The wait wasn't too long before he was called in. While he was in the xray room, I heard him yell! The technician was being very rough with him by twisting his knee in a painful position. No explanation of what she was doing or warning that it may hurt. When he came out, he was pale and in a lot more pain than when he went in. He told me that he had no explanation of what position she wanted his knee to be in for the xray. She was extremely rough and caused him unnecessary pain. He does realize that he must be in a certain position to get a good xray, but she was brutal and not communicating effectively. So disgusted in this place. This isn't the health care we remember in B.C. So upset! Will NEVER go back to this place. The staff need training on people skills. Most folks who come in for xrays are in pain. How horrible to be treated so insignificant and rudely. read more

The service was good abd very fast but the way how they treat patient is insane especially to the woman who work in the registration area. I was planning to pay my bill cash I paid $100 bill. The woman refused it she said she only accept exact amount! I dont have exact amount ,and in fact there was sign or posted that they only accept cash with exact amount. She even asked me to go out the find my way to change my $100 bills. That was hassle for me, in the first place the clinic did nit mention their policy that that only accept cash with exact amount! I see other negative reviews here but my experience was very positive. I needed an ultrasound but could not find my requisition form the morning of my scheduled appointment. The front desk person was very understanding and actually phoned my doctor's office for me and had them send over the form. She was very professional and nice and totally in control of the situation at all times.The technician was also very professional. read more

Absolutely discusting people work there. I was in for a vaginal ultrasound and sitting in a room with at least 20 people men and women waiting for service when my technician came out holding the instrument that she was going insert into me in her hand with her hand on her hip holding it up and called out my name. I was so embarrassed as she paraded me through the people in the waiting room. Then she gave me a gown and said take off your pants and just lay this gown over my legs. As I had had this procedure before I knew that I should expect a sheet from my waist down so that when she put the wand in the general area of where it was going I was to put my hand under the sheet and insert myself. Nope so unprofessional started poking around unit she inserted it herself. There is something very wrong here. I called to complain the next day to supervisor and was told I will remind her of the privacy act. It was a terrible experience. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! read more

It's very unfortunate that the techs are so impersonal and non-talkative. I came for a dating ultrasound and was told nothing the whole time - I didn't even know if there was a heartbeat! They are also excessively fast and I worry that something could be missed if doing a more detailed ultrasound. Very negative experience. read more

Came for an ultrasound this morning. Worst experience ever. The receptionist was rude and had absolutely zero regard for privacy and confidentiality. The entire wait room could hear what I was coming in for. The ultrasound tech was cold rude and abrassive. She laughed when my bladder wasnt full enough and spoke to me like a child. I left the building in tears. I am absolutely disgusted with this facility. read more

I would give this place a zero star rating. I attempted to get an x-ray done on 2 separate occasions and both times was turned away. 1st attempt, I was told all the x-ray techs were gone for the day and 2nd attempt, I was told they weren't accepting anymore x-ray patients. What kind of BS is this? There's no note of this on their requisitions you get from your doctor and they should really communicate this properly on their voicemail message, website and even post something on the parking kiosk so people don't waste their time driving there and waste their money on parking to be turned away. To top it all off, I was told to go to their Delta location which they forgot to mention had moved to another location. Needless to say I was choked. They have no regard for their patients at all. One of the receptionists there really needs to get a refresher on customer service because she provides none. I don't even think she's content with her job because she was encouraging me to email her manager to complain. Avoid this place like the plague folks. read more

Came here for my detailed ultrasound and this was the worst experience ever with a medical professional. The tech was cold and rude from the very beginning. He only spent a minute showing our family the baby and he did not reveal the gender. Supposedly that's one of their clinic's policies, however at the detailed ultrasound for my firstborn at Royal Columbian, the tech did let us know. The tech did not spend time trying to take nice photos. We only got 2 and they were both very blurry. If you are looking for a (good) memorable experience, do not come here. There are way better places out there. read more
