My PCP sent a referral to this office back in August (20th or so) as of Sept 20th I had not heard from them so I contacted my PCP and was told that Dr Patinos office had tried many times to contact me and I was not responding. She suggested I call the office myself. I called today 9/25/23 and was told they tried to contact me on 9/7/23. I verified with this lady my phone number and she has the correct one. So I made the appointment. Later, I was concerned about the date so I looked on my iPhone. No calls from that office or any Turlock number is on my phone. I have calls out only. I looked at my voice mails.... Nothing. Why lie???? I can handle human error, but not a full fledged lie. I called my PCP and requested another podiatrist. I'm uncomfortable with someone who would flat out lie about this. What else is not true? I called to cancel my appt with Dr Patinos office. No big deal to them. I'm glad losing a potential patient is not important. I hope for the Drs sake that he sees how his staff handles potential patients. Sad, I was looking forward to supporting our local Drs.

I told him I am a nurse (or at least a nurse looking for a job) and let him know that usually about after eight hours of standing up I start to get pains going up my legs into my back. He put pressure on different areas of my foot, watched me walk, and concluded that my arches drop a bit when I am walking, which could be the reason for my pain. He gave me some bright green inserts and sent me on my way. Dr. Jensen also gave me some handy tips for buying shoes. You will just have to check him out for those, since I really can't explain how to perform these handy tests on shoes before you buy them. Lastly, the x-ray tech is a hoot!
