This is by far my favorite Vape Shop in Orange County. Nothing but excellent customer service every time i visit. Big Shout-Out to Jeff and the rest of the staff for always helping me out with whatever i need and always answering any questions i have at the time. Today i went in for a new mod and Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain and inform me on the products i was checking out. He helped me pick out something that is hefty and durable to use while working (i work in construction). Sometimes i get the vibe from other shops that they just want to sell you a certain product or get you to buy the most expensive things. But, that is one thing i love about Orange Vape Shop. They provide honest advice, and seem to genuinely care about getting you the products you'll be happy with. i left the shop today confident that i got a legit deal on what i was looking for and, I Can't thank Jeff and the rest of the staff enough for always providing excellent customer service and genuinely caring about what they do. This shop is unprofessional. The gentlman I went into Orange vape and cbd shop earlier today. I was overcharged for my item so I went back in the store to see if there was a miscommunication. The guy cut me off, told me to get out of his store or he will bring the guy from the back to take me out. This guy threatened to call the cops on me when I simply wanted to return my overcharged purchase. He started using profane language at his customer and rude hand gesturing. WHat business curses at their customers What kind of business overcharges you and does not even acknowlege their mistake? This business is extremely unprofessional and NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This busienss has no ethics. They use profane language when you want to return their products, they overcharge you, and they threaten you for no reason. Forget about the overcharging and not returning the product. What type of business curses at their customers and threatens to call the cops on you? When you want your reciept?? If a business can't atleast treat customers right, what kind of products would they sell. I've been to plenty of vape shops and haven't had a problem once.. but this place, is something else. read more

Absolutely THE BEST Vape Shop around and believe me, I've been to A LOT! First, it's clean, nice and the ambiance is great. Definitely not a hole in the wall shop that looks like they threw it together overnight. The guy who is there 90% of the time (David I think) is amazing and so helpful. I never feel like I'm bothering them when I ask to see 50 things and I've felt that way many times. They always remember me and even asked how my dog was since I'd mentioned he was sick. Came into this store with very little knowledge about vapes, and left feeling really informed and well-assisted. This shop has got what any vaper needs in the 21st century. Everything from high end mods to low priced ejuices, they are a very competitive shop that is force to be rekoned with.
