Before deciding to enroll I would first suggest spending some time on the WHY YOU WANT YO LOSE WEIGHT? There is no magic pill they are going to give you and no shots to take. It is work and if you are not focused on a solid "WHY" it will be hard to succeed. With your "WHY" though they will give you the tools to succeed. I did this 100% VIRTUALLY and never went into their clinic. We had some check ins along the way and I used and followed their app on my phone. When you join you make a 90 day commitment to follow their program. They will teach you what to eat and how much to eat. The focus is on 3 things with each meal 1 - lean proteins 2 - certain fruits 3 - certain vegetables. You will also avoid processed foods and sugars. Another key to the success is WHEN you eat. You will learn to eat in an 8 hour window each day qnd "fast" the other 16. This was easier than I thought it would be! You create new routines (for me I drink a lot of my daily intake of water early at the end of my daily fast). At the start I weighed about 195 pounds and my goal was 175 pounds at the end of the 90 days. I blew away the goal and was at 165 pounds at the end (have been as low as 163). The 90 days ended for me a month ago and I have kept the weight off! I am now on a lifelong "MAINTENANCE" phase. My diet restrictions are much less extreme than they were during my 90 day initial phase. I now follow the 80/20 rule where I eat with a PURPOSE 80% of the time and eat for PLEASURE 20% of the time. I feel healthier and the weight stays off! I have learned to eat the right amounts of protein and fiber each day and watch out for sugar. I can't recommend this place enough for ANYONE serious about making a change.

I got a bill for the $50 plus a hospital fee that was almost $300, because the doctor I saw office was at the hospital. When I complained they said that I signed a form stating this. I have an email and a piece of paper, that said it would be $50. They don't care when I complain and say I should take up with my insurance. Which my insurance says they should bill a different code. They are shady, just tell the truth. I don't want to go there now. For $350, I got an appointment with a doctor. She ordered labs that cost me an additional $200. She gave me some photocopied information and told me to join my fitness pal. She told me to watch my stress, instead they added to it. I was hopeful now I am just disappointed.

The first 10 days-2 weeks I was jsut exhaused. I like to work out and swim and run and bike but with Covid I was only bale to run and bike, but I was always so tired. It wasn't unitl I added carbs in to the meals they gave me that I was able to actually to run more then a few miles without feeling wiped, They said I would be tired for the first few days, but I never adjusted. After the 10 weeks I was only down about 16lbs, which isn't bad, but I was lead to believe I would be down where I wanted after 10 weeks. They did give me one week of meals for free, but there wasn't anything after time was up. Since I didn't have their meals to eat I went back to what I knew and the weight has come back.
