I'd suggest caution with this location. I was able to make an appointment online (because no one ever seems to answer the phone) for a procedure, but in my appointment request I clearly noted that I needed to discuss this procedure with someone before the appointment time - even if just briefly to 1) get cost and 2) make sure that I don't have any sensitivities /allergies to the drugs that would be used. I did get a response to my appointment noting that I would be called to discuss the concerns. I never got a call back, so I called and left voice mail numerous times. Cancelling appointment in the web experience is not allowed - says to call the location. So I did - left voice mail. No call back. Finally called and left voice mail just telling them that I would not be arriving for the appointment. I get that folks are super busy right now and that staffing is a challenge. Under these circumstances, I'd suggest limiting appointments in order to at least provide the bare minimum level of service. I'd personally rather have something scheduled out quite a bit and know that I am going to get professional service compared to the experience I have had. This place is a scam! Stay away from these guys. They led me to believe that I was paying $2500 for a prescription AND all my supplies. But after charging my credit card, they said that I would have to "pick up" my T at a pharmacy. After some back and forth follow up calls I found out they wanted me to PAY FOR ALL my supplies at a pharmacy in addition to their fee. Since this would cost me an additional $100-125/mo, or about $1200-1500/yr that was a big misleading addition. I was stunned and fuming angry when I went to the CVS to fill the prescription. Once there, CVS said "CVS will never fill a prescription by this prescriber". They didn't say why, perhaps this guy's license was revoked , but it's shocking that a major pharmacy chain refuses to fill his prescriptions. Realizing that all I got for my $2500 was in invalid prescription, I was fed up and asked for my money to be refunded. They said they would do so but now nearly 3 months and many phone calls later they still have not done so. Often they dodge my calls by screening with their caller ID. Of course, they do not call back when requested via messages I leave. Until I asked for my money back they finally did offer a blood test but I never saw the "doctor". I don't know what kind of scam they have going here but beware. There are other clinics out there that offer better service at much lower prices. Not very happy with them. Like most reviews here I also have issues with medication refills and being charged$100-$300 just to call in a prescription!!! That is outrageous!! Like most people here I feel intentionally deceived and would like a refund for the obvious lack of professionalism I have seen with this group. I made a mistake I'm not reading the reviews before I dropped payment for unfulfilled over promised results, the office staff seems to be to busy to listen to what I am asking and to help me understand what I was told. They ran in house blood work and diagnosed me low T @ 330 ng/dl. My labcorp test showed me closer to 390 from the same blood draw. It does feel more about selling a script then treatment. we did not discuss any alternatives other than testosterone replacement. I've later learned that clomid alone is enough for some men to hit optimum levels. Either way, I paid for 3 months w/ an option to enroll for the year @ 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and I felt 100% better. Blood work cameback that my test was just under 800ng/dl @ 200mg/wk test-cyp. I signed up for the year. estrogen was slightly elevated so they increased my aromatase inhibitor. My 2nd complaint is that the A.I. has been increased twice now yet I've never been given the correct dosage w/ my 90 med kit. I always have to call in for extra or tap into the next order. If you're thinking about getting TRT, keep in mind a daily dose of clomid alone may be enough to get you back on track without use of an A.I and HCG . This is most likely what a urologist or endocrinologist will give you until you hit the "normal" range (400+). Innovative will make sure you hit the optimum zone around 800's w/ TRT but they don't suggest any alternatives. I wasn't informed about clomid, hopefully this helps you. No one ever knows what the last person said to you, even when looking at the chart. They survive because their clientele are 100% men and men are easy to get along with as a group. I am 62 year old male currently working with the Bellevue Clinic. I had issues with ED and sought help at Innovative Men's Clinic. Two different MD's had recommended I use Viagra, which I tried and was disappointed because it didn't work for me and also gave me nasty headaches. Basically , I gave up trying to achieve intimacy with my wife of 36 years. I felt like a failure. This might sound corny or exaggerated, but most men will admit ( at least if only to themselves) that a man's ego and perhaps self worth is sometimes tied in with their sexuality. Indeed, mine seemed to be that way. I decided to take a chance with Innovative Men's Clinic. They certainly lived up to my hopes. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly but not familiar as this business requires privacy and discretion. I felt comfortable asking any questions I had for them. The manager ,Gerald, is very organized and Dr. Witte had a definite calming manner that reassured me. Bottom Line : their ED treatment worked right away and the very first time I used it, I was able to bring my wife to the pleasure she used to experience so long ago. I am an MD and thought I would try this concierge style care. Turned out to be a big waste of $4k CUSTOMER SERVICES. I lived 5 hr away. Called to make a follow up appointment as requested. Arrived 15 min early and was told the doc had been called on an emergency. Turned out they cancelled his day so he could work at another site but did not tell me this until I asked what kind of emergency a naturopath that does testosterone type care get that his staff does not have the time to call and cancel an appointment From there things went down hill. I would call as requested and they could not find the chart. Days later when they did find the chart they had no record of the Rx changes or instruction that I had been given etc. just a major cluster after the initial sales pitch ( which was very very well done) CLINICAL ADVICE. Some of the meds (and dosages)they offer are under great controversy. They have potential harm that is not explained fully and you should investigate yourself and ask your MD for clarity. I can't give you advise here but I can tell you that their advise was not adequate or sufficient. read more

I love this place! I went in to meet with the doc about a few things that have changed as I have aged. I was greeted very professionally by Dr. Washington who spent a good amount of time with me going over options for my top three complaints. He formulated a very comprehensive treatment plan which involved continuing maintenance as well as stopping in for regular Meyers IVs and check ins. Overall, the experience has been TERRIFIC! I feel like I am about ten years younger, lots of energy, loss of weight, and better attitude. I love that Dr. Washington sees you as an equal instead of most docs where they are so condescending, it makes me feel much more comfortable when talking with him since he is approachable. The staff there is very responsive, when I call in they are very friendly and always get the medication to me on time. This clinic changed my life. Yes, testosterone therapy has a mixed review because only 25% of those in treatment have a blood test done even once. That is just irresponsible. This clinic tests very regularly, and makes adjustments according to the findings. But normal T levels are NORMAL, and that's where they try to get you. It's where you're supposed to be! They are comprehensive, careful, and engaged. But with the right adjustments, I am in a healthy range that has left me far better than ever before, it's like getting my life back when anti-depressants, sleeping pills, etc. didn't work. RUN!! Don't be fooled by the "promise" of losing weight. I think that as women, we are always looking for an aid to help us lose weight. The produce they push is phentermine. Twenty or so years ago there was a product called Phen Phen. It was pulled off the market for various reasons and now this clinic is promising weight loss with phentermine. I will admit that it did help with cravings in the beginning. Beyond that, I've done nothing but hand money over to this place with no results. They told me my hormones were out of whack and I needed blood tests - at $100/pop! I took several blood tests and each time was promised that they'd found the problem and I should start to see results with weight loss. Nope!! They wanted more blood tests. One time they said I was through menopause and the next they said I hadn't begun. Simply put, they don't know what the heck they're doing and they'll tell desperate people what they want to hear. Bottom line, there is no "quick" way to lose weight. We all KNOW that. This place is an absolute scam. Dr. Washington is a joke. Is he even a doctor? Follow up to my previous review posted on the Bellevue site.. Made my first call to reorder drugs on the pre-paid program 12-17. Called 12-22 to confirm, was told they would order, and could I come in for a blood draw- the first in 9 months. Did the draw, asked again about the drugs which still hadn't shipped. At the draw was told the doctor would call me at the same time in a week. Week goes by, doctor calls 2 hours later than the appointment when I'm in a meeting. Still no drugs.... Called the doctor back, played phone tag, doctor never called again. Made my 4th call on the drugs, was told I would have them next day- almost exactly a month after my first request. Called doctor, asked to have my lab results mailed to me since it was seemingly impossible to talk to the doctor- assistant told me he needed to track down the file and would call back to confirm mailing. Never got a call, never got lab results. Seriously guys- there are lots of alternatives, almost all of them better. Find a Naturopath that will work with you for lower cost and better, safer health monitoring. Alternative Mens is a lawsuit and personal health disaster just waiting to happen.... read more
