The day of our appointment, we were welcomed by Cesar with open arms and a huge grin. He helped my son select the correct tint for his car as well as telling funny stories...It felt like we'd known him for years. The shop cat was pretty cute too!! He did a really nice job. The cleaner comes first to prep the windows. The neighbor has a bright ass light that shines straight into the backyard and into the master bedroom. The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. But the standout is Cooper in the front office. He's an excellent communicator and is fully focused on making sure everything is exactly as expected. You can tell he cares deeply about the customer experience. Highly recommend Diamond Auto Salon. We'll definitely be back.

They're very knowledgeable about tint percentages, types of tints, and how it would look depending on the interior. I have the macchiato beige leather seats in my Mercedes, and they advised me accordingly. Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive. If you want it done right, and will last, this is that one and done shop. I WILL be coming back for that ceramic coating when I'm able to, my car needs it bad. First rule of getting your windows tinted.. go to a shop where you personally know someone thats been to that shop to know the work they've done. that being said my 2 brothers and 2 of my friends and their wives got their tints done here and even if I live closer to one of their branches (Northridge) i still went to Simi Valley branch. First I called to set and appointment and get an estimate and it was cheaper when i came in to get the tint job done.. the staff was very accommodating and i felt like i wasnt being scammed or bullied into getting anything i didnt want! very good work and fast with very great prices! i was so happy with the job they did that i rescheduled for the next week to get another tint job! Great facility, staff are friendly, great prices, what else can i say! even if you dont know me personally youll just have to take my word for it.. highly recommended!! read more

Just had my new 2026 Prius tinted here and it came out amazing. I've been coming to these guys for close to a decade now, and Juan and Eddie continue to deliver every single time. Super friendly, easy to work with, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain options, make solid recommendations, and the finished product always looks clean and flawless. They do residential and commercial tinting too, but when it comes to vehicles, they're on another level. No matter what you drive, they can tint it and make it look right. Brought my 3rd car in for tint. This was for my younger daughter's car. I explained what the tint was primarily for, who was driving and under what conditions and then left the "darkness" up to them. I am SO pleased with the results. Dark enough to keep my child from having headaches and being blinded, and light enough that she is able to back up at night and see clearly. Great Job!! read more

I had a bad experience with these guys. I wanted them to use 3M Tint which they have a variety of in stock. However the manager decided to recommend and use the other cheap product! It looked terrible and I had to go to another shop to have the tint removed and redone with 3M tint for nearly half the price that these guys charge! read more

During the summer, the heat just wasn't effectively blocked by whatever factory tint was on the vehicle so it was time to look into something to help cool the cabin better. We had such a good experience with Mr. Donnie & N Motion when we had to replace the rear window ceramic tint on one of our cars due to warping and bubbling, that we decided it would be best to come back for more of his expertise! Setting up the appointment is real easy, as the business's yelp site has a "request a quote" option. Their response time is awesome! Or you can call directly as well. With appointment made, we get to the business easily with yelp directions. Just know, their site is located at the back of the business building. Mr. Donnie is a solid bloke! He is Infectiously friendly and straight to the point. There are two options for car tint offered, traditional and ceramic. I prefer the ceramic version for its extra reflective properties. 50% at the driver windows (Wifey traumatized from getting pulled over for dark tint during her college heyday lol), and 15% tint everywhere else (Wifey still wants to see through tint at night) was the recommendation... sounds good to me! We had a morning appointment, and a waiting lounge is an option. We decided to get our morning walk in and brunch at Tio's Cafe which was only minutes walk away. Yummy brekkie was pleasantly carefree and we weren't rushed to get out. Did our after meal walk and in under 3 hrs, we get a text saying service was done! Wahoo! Quality work with a Lifetime Guarantee, too! VERY EASY RECOMMENDATION! I am thoroughly impressed with Mr. Donnie's genuine customer care and tinting skills!
