Here are the pluses and minuses of my experience. Pluses: * Rapid and courteous response to my initial request * Quick turnaround for an appointment * Quoted me a 2 hr arrival window, which they met. * Affordable service. * Patio is nice and clean and he cleaned splashes from the adjacent windows/ doors. Minuses: * I had told them about my pool right next to the patio, but Brooks didn't take any special attention to prevent some dirt and sand from entering the pool (e.g, putting down plastic film). Nor did they provide a method for cleaning it afterwards, which led to clogging the pump intake line, requiring a lot of effort on my part to clear. * On the patio itself, I needed to use a blower to remove residual stuff that the power wash didn't deal with. Ideally, they would have done that as part of the service. I would give them 3.5 stars if that was an option: I feel 3 is too harsh. 4 is probably a bit generous given what I needed to do afterwards. So, be wary if you have a pool nearby that they offer you a solution to prevent crap getting in it.

They gave me specific instructions to remove everything from accessing the windows plus all artwork, if any near the windows. We moved furniture, blinds, artwork, etc. The day before appointment I didn't hear from them so I emailed them confirming our appointment. Julia the manager, called me back and said they actually looked at Google photos and it looks like the work they estimated (more than a week or two, ago)was not correct so it will be more money. I was surprised but agreed to decide on the price when the workers come actually here and estimate the right price then. On the day of appointment the company worker who was scheduled to come, called me and said he has family emergency situation and he's on the way, or in hospital. He told me to call the company manager Julia to set up new appointments. Again, I was surprised that he's calling me not the manager. So after a while I thought she will call me and inform me about this new situation but no, no call, no email, nothing. So I called Julia, she sounded very surprised, not knowing about this situation at all. I asked her if she has back up plan? No she didn't. She said she will call her workers and let me know, soon. She returned call in few minutes and said that worker who supposed to come, left the job because in his opinion it was not safe??? He never even showed up, here?! So why did he lie to me?! The cost was slightly more than usual window cleaning, but he used a vacuum and scraper tool to get concrete and splatter paint off the windows where it was visible and was able to clear out the window tracks to make opening and closing easier. Jose was super easy to get a hold of and showed up same day to give me an estimate and was able to do the job same week.
