To start, Nurse Nawaz was late to my telemedicine appointment. Within 15 minutes, I had been interrupted multiple times while giving my backstory to be told I basically don't know what I'm talking about. Mind you, I'm only sharing my past at this point. Within those 15 minutes, she reduced 25+ years of trauma to drinking too much caffeine. She continued to say, "You should probably consider another therapist if they referred you to me." The experience itself was rude, dismissive and callous. To add insult to injury, the provider tried to charge me the full amount for my 15 minute "consult". $688. Luckily, I have screenshots of the exchange within their mobile app. I have been in battle with their billing department for a month to have the charges reduced to what was quoted. My insurance got back to me today, and wouldn't you know, my bill is being reduced to the correct amount. The worst part of this is that I'm now in a worse spot that I was to begin. Nervous to have another horrible experience like this one and possibly be charged 3x what I was quoted. Nurse Nawaz is deplorable.

I was angry, devastated and hurt my husband had broken my heart. He left me on my mothers birthday which is one of the hardest days of my life since she passed away from breast cancer. He decided going to a keg party with his business partner was more important then being there for his wife. As we walk into Janes office and sit on her couch, my husband sits down on the right side which sinks in and she gives him a pillow to sit on, I sit on the left. Jane proceeds to say to me "what's going on with you? You look angry, you gunna lunge at me!" Omg really! What type of therapist makes such an unprofessional comment! Especially after I spoke with Jane one on one the week prior about my husbands paranoia about me due to his excessive pot smoking. I responded yes I am angry, hurt and devastated my husband left me on my mothers birthday, a keg party was more important to him than his wife however I am not going to attack you I do not have a violent bone in my body and I think it is my prerogative to be angry based on the situation. It all went down hill after that Jane simply sat back listening to my husband attack me with his paranoia due to his excessive pot smoking, I finally got up in the middle of the session and said I can't listen to this anymore I'm done and walked out. I haven't heard from my husband since, he left me with no car, no money (cleaned out our accounts) no food in the house, told me he paid the utilities and I got two past due notices for the water and the electric bill, stopped paying our credit cards last December after he quit Merrill Lynch and destroyed my credit and took everything of value from our home my wedding rings, my jewelry and I am sure Jane Hill put the nail in that coffin after I left. I have never left a review on yelp this one needed to be done. Jane gets zero stars but the only way I could post this was to give her one star and she doesn't even deserve it.

The lack of communication and support from the administrative side ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. When paying a high out-of-pocket cost, a patient should reasonably expect timely responses and basic administrative assistance without having to repeatedly chase down staff. While I was incarcerated and unable to personally call the office, my mother contacted them simply to inform them that I would not be able to attend my appointment. She was not asking for any medical information, only trying to notify them on my behalf. Despite this, I was later charged the full amount for the one-hour session I could not attend. After I was released, I called the office to address the issue and was told that the office manager was out all week and that no one else, including Dr. D'Arienzo, could make a decision. I left a message requesting a return call and never received one. When I followed up again the next week, I was told the office manager was out yet again and that I should call back on Tuesday when she returned. When I asked why there was no one else who could assist, I was simply told to call back. At that point, I explained that I would no longer be using their services because of the poor customer service and lack of concern. The response I received was essentially "thank you and have a nice day," with no effort to resolve the matter or show any concern for the patient experience. It is disappointing because Dr. D'Arienzo himself was excellent, but the office support surrounding him was extremely poor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

We had to visit Ms Salameh a handful of times and each time she just gave "advice" that favored the woman, when challenged about her not being legally binding she changed her "advice". Complete waste of time. Read the other reviews, do not fall for the tricks of the family court system - this is all about the money, they do not help families.

Instead, he brings a bad attitude to sessions, yelling at patients and berating them when he doesn't like their answers to his questions. A counselor should never yell at a patient or tell them "this is his job" as if he has a right to treat patients in this unprofessional manner when they are trying to get help. This profession is clearly not his natural calling. Save your time and find a counselor who actually knows how to support patients.
