Josh took pics of my roof tile grout cracking and Kekoa said they can help me fix it while they were up there. This was on February 14th, Kekoa said he'll reach out to Josh to get it fixed. Jaymie reassured me with a couple of phone calls saying that she will reach out to Kekoa. Fast forward to today, March 27th, and NO ONE has reached out to me. Hence to 2 stars. It would've been higher if communication and promptness with Kekoa could've been better. I would be wary of using an "off island" company like ProVision. If I knew it would be like this, I would've used an "on island" company. I would've paid a couple thousand more to have better customer service.

Their electrical installers could not have done a more clean and professional installation. The whole process was quick and painless. Our monthly power bill was nearly $600. Now we pay the basic connection fee to HELCO and not much more. I do need to time the charging of the car to the daytime when the solar panels produce the most power.
