I knew that they had this no show policy where they charge you if you don't come. So I called and told them what happened, that I had no way to pay, considering it was Sunday and there weren't any banks open. I was willing to come in and have the facial (I wasn't technically no showing) I just couldn't pay them at that moment. I was stuck, I had no idea what to do. Then they have the audacity to ask if I could borrow the money from someone!!!!!!!!!!!! Um no, I am a grown woman, I'm not going to go ask a family member to loan me money for a facial. The girl says, "ok well I'm going to talk to my manager about the circumstances and I'll get back with you". It is now five days later (no call from anyone) and guess what comes across on my account. A 59.00 charge for no showing. Actually now that I'm sitting here thinking of it, I gave them my card information when I made the appointment so I wouldn't be bothered having to stop at the desk after a relaxing facial. WHY DIDN'T THEY REMIND ME OF THAT , when I was desperately trying to think of how to pay for it. They certainly didn't forget about my card on file when they wanted to charge me 59.00 for not showing up, but didn't even think of it when considering solutions. Brea is super knowledgeable about skin and skin care products and has really empowered me to be more serious about how I take care of my face. During my initial consultation we talked about my skin and my cleansing routine and she determined what type of facial would be best for me. Throughout the entire facial she talked to me about the products that she was using and answered every question I had about how to achieve a naturally clear and glowy complexion. I was truly impressed by how much information she was able to share with me. The spa has all of the gadgets and gizmos you'd want during a facial and the space is super relaxing. When I was done asking questions, I fell asleep for a bit. It's really calming in there. One of the best things about Brea is that she has her own line of skin care products.
