I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted. I rang the bell and was approached by behind by a lady and I advised I was there for my appointment. I was let in and told to come into a room. I was not asked for my name or my problem areas or preferred pressure. I was not told what to expect either, so I just went with the flow.
