The purchase is good for one year from the date of purchase. When you're ready for the 1st session, just call or text them to schedule it. They are open from Monday through Friday. Even though their business office is closed on the weekends, their driving instructors are available to teach on the weekends which is perfect for us. I had a lot of questions since the process has changed quite a bit since I had to do all this, not to mention, it's been a while! They were always super helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my questions. We decided to do the in-person drivers education course which was completed over the span of 3 days. Along with that, we opted to do the behind the wheel lessons with them and received a discount as a result. My daughter had pleasant experiences with all her instructors and it was cool to see the increase in her abilities throughout the process. I think her favorite instructor was Lori. We did have one situation arise with a particular subject not being covered in her lessons and when I brought it to Cesar's attention, he was quick to remedy the situation and make sure my daughter got the training she needed.
