Laundry washer wasn't working. I did some Google research and the most likely culprit was the main control board. First off, he was exactly on time at the start of the service window he told me to expect him. He diagnosed the problem as my door lock. He replaced the door lock but it didn't fix the issue. So he did some more diagnostics and decided it was the main control board. He wasn't able to get the correct part in a timely fashion, but did not charge me his normal trip fee either. Once I was able to get and swap the part myself, it was indeed the correct diagnosis. I'd call him again if anything happens in the future. read more

My wall oven was dead. Rauf came and worked on it; he discussed it with me at length, and acted as if my problem was the only thing in the world. Unfortunately the oven had "fixed" itself before he got here, but he marked some wires and told me what to do if the problem recurred. It did, of course, a few weeks later. When Rauf showed up I was surprised to see how young he was, but as he went through a systematic process of troubleshooting our oven problem I could sense that he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Although the process took longer than we both expected, he had a great attitude the whole time and part of it was due to the fact that I had the super old oven disconnected and in need of repair for over 5 years. In the end...my oven works, my new wife is happy, and as you know happy wife = happy life!!!
