He came to my home the following day, and within 10 minutes he explained to me the cause of the problem. Both his diagnosis and remedy were spot-on because the unit is working great. It cools now just as good or better than it did when I purchased it 4 years ago. He actually made two trips to my home because he had to order the parts for the repair. After he was done, he kindly offered to help me return the food to the unit and he tidied up the area he was working in. He was very respectful of my home, and showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. Before leaving, he explained his warranty on the repair and provided me with a written receipt. I'm not easily impressed, but I can wholeheartedly say this was the most pleasant experience I have had with a repair person in a very, very long time. Thank you big time for saving our day! Our LG fridge stopped cooling all of a sudden, turned out compressor issue. Apparently these fridges are notorious for having faulty compressors which I had no idea about at the time of purchase. Scheduled appointment with Mensk and Kyle the technician came the same morning, diagnosed a faulty compessor and provided a repair quote. It took him less than 30 minutes, very polite and professional. He explained benefits of fixing the fridge instead of paying more than double the price for a new one. Later that day he came back and replaced the part and now our fridge seems to be working even better than before! Also want to mention that company does not charge credit card fee which is very handy since our financial situation nowadays is unstable and every dollar counts.
