im very disappointed in this company. i was told the needed part was on back order. it took a week for it to arrive. after the installation my washer still did not work. it took numerous texts and phone calls for me to reach someone to let them know the status. When the technician came back he they told me an additional part would need to be ordered. I requested a refund and informed him I would not be needing the services of this company. perhaps the technicians should be trained better and make sure appliance working before they leave. I recently bought a new house and within a few weeks the door ice chute went out leaving it stuck partially open leaking cold air and freezing the water dispenser. After looking at some online reviews I decided to give HPS a call. They were out later that afternoon to assess the problem and gave a price quote for the parts and labor to get it fixed. After waiting a few days for the part to arrive, David and his partner arrived and performed the repair. He even came back the next day to replace a small part that was not totally necessary, but a little worn. I appreciate the attention to detail. It has now been about a month and the door ice and water dispenser are working great! If I could - I would give NEGATIVE Stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had them come out to repair our Samsung front load washing machine. After diagnosing the problem, the technician gave us a 10-day timeframe to get the parts and return for the installation. We noticed after he left that the machine would no longer power on and figured he had disabled it. After doing our laundry at a laundromat for 3 weeks, I finally called and asked when we could expect our repair to happen. The woman on the phone looked for a bit and then told me she would call me back in 20 minutes. 7 HOURS later I called back - again, she would call me back in 20 minutes. Another HOUR later I called her again and she asked ME what parts had been ordered. Of course I didn't know and she offered to have the guy come back. NO THANKS!! I finally had Austonian Services come out - they are absolutely great. Got the parts in a week and came out to make the repair. However, when he went to power the machine up he found that the initial service guy from HPS ripped out one of the wiring harnesses and completely destroyed it. Cost me an additional $400. read more

Very quick to respond and very professional at all levels. I requested service and repair for an LG front-load smart washer that was not draining properly. The technician who came to repair and clean the drain filter and pipe was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in no time. He even showed me how to clean the drain filter so I can - hopefully - prevent the pipe from clogging in the future. I highly recommend them! read more

At the end he left the freezer completely broken/out of order in a worse condition than the partially cool freezer I began with. My 4-year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling suddenly. I spoke with Diana at HPS Appliance Repair late one afternoon and they came the very next day. They replaced the compressor, submitted a claim to LG for reimbursement to me for the compressor charges, and got the refrigerator back in operation within 1-1/2 hours after arriving. My technician's name was Vadim and he was very professional, personable and explained everything that needed to be done for the repair. Additionally, Vadim came out a week later and replaced the ice maker, for the cost of the parts only, which also had some operational problems.
