.5 weeks ago took 4 daya of Azithromycin and now have gastritis. A doctor visit, one urgent care…read moreand an ER visit later, and all i got was perscription after perscription and zero communications for me to understand what the hell was happening to me. 5 long weeks of burning stomach, dizziness and nausea, a person becomes emotionally fragile and i was. My friend told me about Dr Dean. I did not have an appointment but Stephen at the office heard me crying on the phone and told me to just come on in. So from mobile Al to Pensacola i went. I was sobbing in the waiting room and a nice male nurse offered me water and said " i dont know whats wrong with you but we'll get you better " and then gave me a warm, comforting hug. Dr. Dean listened to my whole horrid story and went over all the perscription drugs I'd been given and gave a yes to this one and a no to that one. He advised me about mastic gum supplement and printed me out a research paper on how ot kills h palori bacteria. He gave me solutions for the gastritis and the ear infection i have and told me I'll feel better in a week. He is amazing and so knowledgeable. His staff are incredibly kind and compassionate and really go above and beyond the call of duty in comforting their patients! As i was in the waiting room i over heard every patient who was checking out after their visit, tell the staff how much better they feel and what a great job they're doing. I love that Dr Dean is a license medical physician and yet doesnt push big pharma down our throats for everything under the sun like typical western doctors. I will now only see Dr Dean and so will each of my family members. He and his staff is what medicine is supposed to be! Since the erra of covid and those stupid jabs, and my issues caused by an antibiotic for a simple ear infection, i have lost all trust and faith in our medical community. Today Dr. Dean and his amazing staff has restored some of that for me. Please dont suffer and end up on the endless cycle of perscription drugs. Go see this doctor!

If you are considering surgery with Dr. Butler or anyone at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery, I strongly…read moreencourage you to read this review carefully. I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Butler in July 2024. During my consultation, I clearly stated my two main goals: reducing my dorsal hump and lifting or rotating the nasal tip. Dr. Butler told me that my tip angle was already appropriate and that reducing the dorsal hump would cause the tip to "fix itself." Although I questioned this explanation, I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded with surgery. From the early postoperative period, it was evident that something was wrong. Even with the cast still on, my nasal tip appeared droopy and unsupported. I also want to note that no taping or support was ever used postoperatively to help maintain tip position. I was repeatedly reassured that this was normal and advised to "give it time." At cast removal, the issue became more apparent. Although swelling masked some of the deformity, my tip remained rotated downward, consistent with a developing pollybeak deformity. I again raised concerns and was told that all swelling had "settled into the tip" from the cast and that there was nothing to worry about. Between two and three months post-op, after moving out of state, I sent multiple emails to Dr. Butler's nurse expressing concern about my collapsed, downward-drooping tip and a prominent bump at the tip of my nose that appeared to be protruding cartilage. These concerns were again dismissed and attributed to swelling due to my being "very active," and I was told I would need to wait until six months post-op for evaluation. At my six-month in-person appointment, my appearance had not improved and had, in fact, worsened. I raised my concerns directly with Dr. Butler regarding the obvious pollybeak deformity. His response was dismissive; he stated, "Someone's been online, haven't they," and told me that my nose looked great and that he "wouldn't have changed a thing." No revision, corrective plan, or financial accommodation was offered. Following this appointment, I consulted with three well-known U.S. revision rhinoplasty specialists, all of whom independently confirmed a clear pollybeak deformity, a droopy and under-rotated tip, and protruding cartilage irregularities. Ultimately, I required revision rhinoplasty at fifteen months post-op, at an additional cost of $15,000. Several months after my surgery, I reviewed the practice's website and was shocked to find my photos being used in a misleading manner. Although I signed a photo release, I did not consent to false or deceptive representation. The photo labeled as my "before" image is actually my six-month post-op result, while the photo labeled as my "after" image appears to be taken within the first month post-op, when swelling temporarily obscured the deformity. The website claims the "after" photo was taken at four months post-op, despite me not having a four-month appointment. If my nose truly "looked great," it is concerning that my unsatisfactory six-month result was used as a "before" image. I have attached screenshots and accurate before-and-after photos for reference. I reached out to the office to express my concerns regarding my postoperative care and the misleading use of my photos and received no response. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision and avoid the physical, emotional, and financial distress that I endured.

The front desk staff and office manager are very unprofessional. I called and was talked to very…read moredisrespectfully, was told I had a $25 debt that insurance didn't cover and needed to pay it or they would not call my prescription in. I tried explaining that I had two insurances during that time and shouldn't have a copay due/never have. They refused to even listen to me or give me a chance to speak. Advised them that it was not about the $25 it was just about the fact that insurance should have paid it and that I would call and straighten it out with insurance. The office manager continuously yelled at me over the phone and would not let me even speak. I went to the office to try and pay my $25 bill and was told to have a seat and they immediately alerted the office manager that I was there and she came out of the back screaming at me (in front of patients) telling me to leave because I asked to speak with Dr. Flurry regarding their complete and utter disrespect. They refused to tell him I wanted to talk to him and threatened to call the cops and said I was trespassing. I asked if they would at least let me pay my bill and then I would gladly leave, and I was told to "mail a check in". The office manager had the secretary call the cops on me and she described to the officer what I was wearing and what I looked like. She also made it seem like I was threatening her and/or patients and ushered all of the patients in the waiting room to the back of the building, as if I wasn't sitting in a chair because they told me to "have a seat". The office manager threw some choice words out and they were given back to her. As I was walking away and leaving like they asked, I was told "At least I make more money than you" by the office manager, I assume because I was wearing scrubs. I stated that I was a nurse and didn't work in an office, and I did not care what she made. Not sure why that was relevant? Maybe to make herself feel better. The lack of accountability that Dr. Flurry holds his staff to is disgusting, and I hope I can save any one else from having to deal with this disaster of a place. The office manager also submitted an "anonymous" complaint to my PLACE OF WORK telling them that I acted disrespectful in my uniform and said she is shocked that my employer would have this type of nurse working for their company. She also used my patient information to make this complaint. Update: I called my secondary insurance and they never even billed them- which is why I "owed" the $25 that my secondary insurance should/would have paid. I also got a letter in the mail stating that they sold my $25 "debt" to a debt collector. This place is a joke. They are the reason they did not get paid, but they do not make mistakes, or so they seem to think.
