There is a friendly greeter at the door to point you in the right direction. Today I was in the…read moregarden center, but the entire store is vast. It's an odd store for sure. You can find anything from frozen pizzas to drill bits to clothing, rugs, plants, wood planks, pet supplies and a lot more. It's almost like a Walmart, but you don't feel like you're at the DMV. It's a fun atmosphere and you really never know what you'll find next. The garden center alone boasted a great variety of flowers and other vegetation. There were also basic needs like hoses, tillers, corn feed, bird seed and everything outdoors. We got 50 lb bags of both. Lately 7 wild turkeys have taken up residence between the field, forest, and dad's back yard. Being out in the country, that's prime entertainment, so dad feeds them well. That 50 lb bag of cracked corn was only $10, so for those kind of prices, I can see why Dad insists on driving out here. If you're in the mood for a bite, there is a hotdog and hamburger table outside of the store where they are grilling. It smelled amazing. The only reason I took away a star is that the women's bathroom is... not a priority. It was smelly, dirty and given the opportunity I just held it until I got back to Dad's. Overall, it's a great store. Just don't go to the bathroom there.

They did not track their inventory correctly so it was never there in the first place. It is set to be delivered and restocked, I never got a notification. Fast forward to me calling the last weekend of January asking about it, I was told that it was here "yup I see it right here" or something along the lines. I drove back down the following Tuesday, another hour one way. They don't have the door, never did, the man just kind of stared at me until I asked about getting my money back. I've been waiting almost two months for this door. It is a very very frustrating experience, the ladies at the return section was very helpful and apologetic, shout out to the manager. I apologize I did not get your name I was rather frustrated.

I am writing this review about "service" I received a couple of years ago. I have hesitated to…read morewrite this review because I strongly believe in being positive and I really like supporting small businesses. Having said this, my experiences w/ this shop have been on my mind every time I pick up a chain saw (and that's pretty often). My first contact was via phone. I explained the problem I was having with my craftsman chain saw and the young man at Leo's replied that they will not work on that "Chinese crap" and further embellished on his disdain for non-Stihl products. I was put off by the way he addressed my inquiry. I only went there, subsequently, because my brother spoke highly of their service. I brought 4 chain saw chains to them for sharpening. One was a carbide chain (cost me about $125.00 New). This was the 1st time for sharpening that chain. the grinding from the sharpening was so aggressive that it will probably have to be scrapped rather than resharpened when it dulls again. That destructive and inappropriate sharpening has dramatically shortened the life of that very expensive chain which should hold up for at least 5 sharpenings. another standard chain was not only not sharpened well, the cutting edges of all teeth on the chain were ground flat...I mean absolutely BLUNT as my finger. 2 experiences & both of them bad...I won't give them a third chance. First experience was offensive, second experience damaged & dramatically shortened the useful life of a very expensive carbide chain as well as damaging a standard chain. There! I feel better getting that off of my chest. It is important to support small businesses but it is the obligation of the small business to be reasonably respectful and to do good work!

They have some of the best service I have ever received when it comes to bicycles. I have personally bought my own bike here 3 years ago, and it's still going strong. They really took the time to assess what was important to me in a bike and made suggestions around that. They seriously have about 60+ bikes for adults in the showroom along with another 20+ for kids as well as one of the most complete parts/accessories selection around. You're a skater you say? No worries. They have you covered as well. Boards, wheels, bearings, tattoos, meth...Hey you kids! Stay of my grass! Damn kids, with their hip and their hop! Okay, so I have no clue what boarders like or need, but they have a nice selection of things that one could ask for....I tried to be like Tony Hawk and do a 920 McTwist, but wouldn't you know McDonald's doesn't serve anything like that. I think Avril Lavigne was there last time but that's unconfirmed :) I have twice been here in the past 3 months getting tires fixed (flats) that cost me less than $12 (including labor) each to fix. - That's fantastic! They are quick to greet you, take your bike, and get it fixed all while you are waiting. The owner, Al, has been there every time I have been in there which says a lot to me as far as being hands on. I have found him extremely kind, funny and genuine. The bad? Really nothing. I can say that the other employees are young (late teens - early 20's) and aren't very polished with customer service skills/interactions so it seems that they are very awkward speaking to people. The prices for the bikes (not accessories) are higher than your average Target or Trash-mart (Walmart) but the lifetime tuneups and service well make up for it. Plus, I'm a huge small business supporter. Do yourself a favor, next time you are in the market for a new bike or board, need service or just have questions, take a trip to Al's Quick Release - it's well worth the trip. Now, if you don't mind, I need to squeeze into these bicycle shorts (illegal in 35 countries), and go meet Lance Armstrong...
