They also have a huge storage area in the basement so you can reserve your fixtures months in advance before pickup. We made a 1/2 down payment so the price would remain the same or better when we went to pick it up. They will only charge you the current price if you don't make a down payment. So if it goes up, you're at a loss. They have a display area for the bulbs too, so you can see the level of brightness and whiteness/yellowness you're looking for. Their bulbs are all LED's now. They have a wide variety of fixtures and a wide variety of price ranges so it's easy for someone on a budget to find something suitable too. We got lucky and picked out four fixtures (two ceiling fans and two chandeliers) and bulbs prior to prices increasing the following month. When we went back to pick up the fixtures a few months later we saved several hundred dollars by having put 1/2 down. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Happy shops!

We needed to order additional extension rod, however everything else needed for installation would be included. Of course, this was also bad information. Additional canopy covers needed to be ordered to compensate for the slope (They were not included). I could buy a similar fixture from home depot without all the aggravation.
