The station itself is pretty simple, a kiss and ride style stop with some parking and pickup/drop off spots. The only downside was that I didn't necessarily see any restrooms at the stop for weary travelers waiting for family. The drivers are always super friendly & let us play our music over the speakers. Can't complain - great customer service, punctual, and affordable! We had specified that our passengers were Seniors and some had mobility issues. He was rude in advising that he didn't have a lift bus. He was unhelpful and uncooperative. I did not pay for the trip but every person on this bus is a potential customer and not one would call again if Ron Coleman is the driver. Do know that, if you have a layover here in Dallas that requires you to change gates it can take a while. While signage is clear and easy to follow, and I was walking at a fairly brisk pace, I had about 1 1/2 hours layover and arrived to my departing gate just as the plane was ready to board. This is due to the time it takes to get to the tram, ride the tram through a few stops and to the appropriate set of gates (which are quite spread apart) and then navigate to the gate areas - so even with that long of a layover, I wasn't able to browse the shops and didn't have time to dally. That said, there were plenty of food options in this airport, including a TGI Fridays in one terminal where they guarantee diners will be in and out in 30 minutes.

Nice and useful station on the Orange light rail system. This is the closest stop to the Toyota Music Factory, the Irving Convention Center, the Los Colinas apartments, the deceptively named Marriot Dallas Los Colinas, and an easy walk once you learn to look at a real map instead of following Google Maps walking. There's an overpriced convenience store right by the station. In fact everything around this station is very overpriced, so it's a useful station if you're staying in one of the nearby hotels. DART is so affordable, get a day pass to get to the museum district in Dallas, and along the Orange line there are many much more affordable better restaurants than in and around the hotels. Also, this is the way to get to and from the airport though no locals, hospitality workers, or travel guides seem to know about it. From here, right into Terminal A, no hassle at all for a fraction of the Uber price.
