They cared for our children as if they were their own and truly became like family to so many of us. The teachers and staff created a loving, safe environment that my family trusted every day, and I will always be grateful for them. What makes this so heartbreaking is that on June 16, families and staff were notified that the school would permanently close on June 26--giving everyone barely over a week to prepare. Families are now scrambling to find childcare, while many dedicated employees are left facing uncertainty about how they'll provide for their own families. While I have nothing but appreciation for the teachers and front-line staff, I am deeply disappointed in the decision by COO Tammy Dagey and company leadership to handle the closure this way. A decision of this magnitude deserved far more notice and consideration for both the families who rely on this center and the employees whose livelihoods depend on it. The staff deserve 5 stars. They were the heart of this school. This review reflects my gratitude for them and my sadness and frustration with how this closure was handled. My heart breaks for the children, families, and employees affected by this decision.

Long story short, after two months at this daycare and multiple "second chances" we switched our daughter to a new daycare where she has been for two months and we couldn't be happier that we left Kids R Kids. We moved from out of state in July and our daughter started in the toddler classroom in August. Everything was mostly okay (The first day I did watch the teacher literally ignore and step over my crying toddler for 20 minutes before picking her up or showing her any sort of attention), she cried every day I dropped her off but, we thought it was from adjusting to the move and new school. Day 3, I went to pick her up and the room she had been in had lights off and no kids. I went to the other toddler room, same story. I went to the front desk to ask them where my daughter was and the front desk woman walked back to the toddler room where I'd just checked and was surprised there we no kids. At this point I am starting to panic, thinking to myself these people don't know where my child is. At which point I ask them "where is my baby?!" They have no idea where she is. I hear my daughter crying and find her in the infant room hysterically crying. I went to get her as we're both distressed at this point and they won't let me in the room to get her. Fine, I get the rules. I tell them "fine, one of you needs to get my baby now." I get my baby and we head home. My husband calls them to tell them this is unacceptable and they LIE to him about what happened stating they knew where she was the whole time; false. The next morning I talked to the assistant director (I think? I'm not sure, no one ever introduced themselves to me) and she assured me this was an isolated incident and they were having a staff meeting asap to discuss. Against my better judgement I kept my daughter there. Every week something new would happen. An injury here, never applying diaper cream (which I provided) after diaper changes leading to terrible diaper rash, watching them be excessively rough with my daughter on the video stream and not to mention she never stopped crying at drop off in the morning, she cried everyday for 6 weeks straight. We eventually starting looking for other daycares and were able to get her into a new one very quickly. Right as Notify kids r kids we'll be moving our daughter, they call to tell me she fell backwards in her chair and hit her head and it was bleeding. After talking with the director we both decided it was best if that was my daughters last week and she waved the 2 week notice requirement. The director was aware of many of my concerns and stated she was actively trying to fix things. I really hope she is successful. The pros of this daycare were price and proximity to our house, which is why we stayed as long as we did. Looking back, I should have pulled my daughter out after they "lost" her on the 3rd day. Please do your research before I entrusting these people with your children/babies. There are tons of daycares in our area and ones where the teachers are loving and actually care for you and your children. Sadly, my experience at Kids R Kids was the opposite of loving and caring.

After 2.5 weeks of my 19 month old son being at BellaVision, we pulled him out and moved him to another daycare. Within those 2.5 weeks, we experienced a lack of communication with only receiving 5 pictures (of only him eating) and 1 daily report. The daily report was very generic as it said "He smiled today", "He played well with others", but nothing actually personal or important information. I spoke with the new daycare that we moved him to and they mentioned that it is a law that the diaper information, meals, and other items are mandatory to provide. Unfortunately, I received nothing. I have also reached out via chat in the app asking for a schedule of the day so that I can know what is going on and I never received a response. Something else that concerned me was that there was not anyone at the front desk when I would drop my son off in the morning around 7am. To me, that is very discouraging because it shows a lack of security and availability for me to contact anyone when I have questions and just the security of someone watching who is coming and out of the building. I understand that there is a code to get into the school rooms, but it still concerns me. Another instance that is concerning, when my son first started, I provided a full box of size 5 pampers diapers along with the other necessary items. I had him come home two days in a row with a smaller size diaper on and in a different brand. I talked with Mona,the director, and we discovered that they were not using the diapers I provided and found the full box of diapers that I provided in the bottom of the closet. I understand that there is not a teacher in that room because they were abruptly either fired or the person left the company, but I am trusting that my son is being taken care of while he is there and unfortunately I don't believe he received the best care. Another instance, one afternoon I tried calling BellaVision and received a voicemail to describe what I was calling about. It then forwarded my call to Mona's, the director, personal cell phone and her response was understanding to my concern but told me that I should try calling the school. When I told her that this is the school number I called, she was confused as to how I got her personal number. All that to say, I don't like that I am unable to get in contact with someone physically at the daycare when I have a concern. When I went to the director to tell her my concerns and wanted to know if I could speak to her manager or someone above her, she told me that the owner is out of the country and you can try and email them at the same school provided email that all communication goes out of. I emailed the director all of my concerns and have yet to hear back. That was over a week ago. It is concerning that there is no one else that I can talk with other than the school director. If they keep this behavior up, I don't see how they will stay in business. At the end of the day, I have a 19 month old son who cannot communicate what is going on in the classroom and I have to do what is best with what I am seeing. When I let Mona know that this will be my son's last week at BellaVision, she was understanding to listen to my concerns and asked me to hang in there as she will move my son to a new classroom. I wish that this would have been brought to my attention sooner and more proactive behavior, but it is too late and we are not pleased with the care and lack of communication we are receiving. I would love to talk to the owner if they would ever return any of my 3 emails. Update, I took my son to a new daycare and within the first day received multiple pictures of him being active, smiling, having fun, and daily reports as to diaper changes, activities, eating snacks, breaks, lunch, etc. The communication at the new daycare has been amazing!!!

The owner is the biggest red flag of all. Sure, he answered my call but was completely unprofessional, uninformed about the schools documented policies, & aggressive. He interrupted me saying "are you done talking because I'm done listening". You're not getting an education at this place, you're just weekly revenue to them. Tara, the director, gave us the tour and she was very friendly, open, and honest. I normally see Ana and Alondra in the front, and they are very sweet, vibrant, and happy. My daughter's teachers are ANGELS- Alyssa should open her own daycare like the role of being a daycare teacher fits her so well as she's so warm and gentle. Brenda, Araceli, Maria are all just as amazing and attentive. When I have a break from work, I pop into the cameras, and I see some of the most sincere gestures like Alyssa rocking a crib for a baby that I'm guessing needs a little motion to sleep, I've seen Alyssa give the most tight and warm hugs throughout the day, and each baby gets the care they need. All of her teachers are trained well and great at reading cues. My favorite thing about my daughter's class is the structure and organization. I never have to question anything. Overall, we are happy with our choice and comfortable with our daughter being in their care.

My kids have come a LONGGGG way since entering Kids R Kids Seven Lakes over a year ago. Their prep program really got my kids ahead of the curve. The summer program has been absolutely fantastic as well. They plan lots of field trips and keep the kids wanting to go back. All in all this has been a more than pleasant experience. My wife and I are very pleased to have made the deduction to enroll our kids here.
