We couldn't have made a better choice. As a family, we witnessed firsthand the immense benefits of Montessori education, and especially attending the MHFC. The teachers are highly qualified, and the entire staff is caring and welcoming. The Montessori experience instilled in our daughter a profound appreciation for the value of education. The learning habits she formed at MHFC made her successful and middle school and now in high school. Beyond academics, she gained exposure to different cultures, learned to respect and accept diverse opinions, and build friendships that will last a lifetime. Even after leaving MHFC, our daughter continued to stay connected. During school vacations, she returned to visit and help which classroom chores. Now in high school, she volunteers at MHFC, an opportunity the school gladly offered. This encouragement for alumni involvement reflects on the school's deep care for its students, long after they graduate. MHFC has had a tremendous impact on our lives, and we will be forever grateful to all the teachers and staff who make the school such a special place.

When I reached out to inquire about tuition--just to see if it was even within our budget--I was told that information was only available in person. As someone with a disability, that's a significant barrier. Attending a meeting in person takes a lot of energy and planning, and I didn't feel it was worth going through all of that just to find out if the school was even financially accessible. Accessibility matters deeply to our family, and I expected more flexibility and understanding. After several emails and phone calls with their administrative staff, I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience. The tone was dismissive and a bit snooty, which was disappointing. These aren't the values I'm looking for in a school community. I'm sharing this in case others--especially those with accessibility concerns--find this kind of approach to be a dealbreaker too.

The teachers are everything and the management (Miss Coco, miss Angel and miss Alexis) is amazing and very helpful. They ensured our son was getting comfortable with the adjustment and kept us informed. We also really appreciate having camera access to watch our son play and sleep - none of our other locations in the area offered this option.

An infant in a new environment needs care, reassurance, and attention--not to be ignored and forced to "cry it out." That alone was disturbing. The Cuban lady and the Ms Vivi in the infant room are horrible. What's even worse is the clear neglect. My child was left in a wet and dirty diaper for over THREE HOURS, which resulted in a diaper rash. That is not just careless--it is neglect. No licensed daycare should ever allow this to happen. This kind of behavior is something that should be reported to the proper authorities. On top of the poor care, the management is dishonest. (Owner and director Arlene) I was charged $150 for a registration fee after being told it would be waived. They later promised a refund, but of course, it was never returned. We only attended for one and a half days, yet they still kept the money. Between the neglect, lack of basic infant care, and outright lying about fees, this place has shown it CANNOT be trusted. I would NEVER recommend this daycare to any parent. If you care about your child's safety, comfort, and well-being, stay far away!!

For example, the staff members talked a lot of nonsense about my child to the point that they were diagnosing him as if they are medical professionals. They have no sense of feeling what the child/parent might feel. They are COLD! The staff there need to be retrained & the owners need to ensure the wellbeing of the children instead of opening similar facilities like a mushroom. What a business model! Internal Quality is far better than making the walls and floors shine. People, please do not get fooled by how this place looks. Think deeper and choose a place that equips your child for a better future NOT a place that couldn't care less about the growth of your children!

We went for a tour and the entire team was very welcoming and professional. The teachers as well as the children looked happy. My son goes there now and he loves it! He loves his teachers so much, he is learning a lot, and has made great new friends. Their program is very diverse and full of activities. They care for our children and their wellbeing. My son feels the love there and I'm happy that he is happy!

The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability was very concerning. When parents leave their children in someone else's care, they deserve transparency, respect, and reassurance. Instead, they are dismissed and left with more concerns than confidence. I would not recommend this daycare to families who value clear communication, consistency, and a staff that takes parent concerns seriously. Especially if I'm contacting you about making sure a kid is picked up on time and you get mad or have an attitude instead of being professional.

They work very hard everyday working on their reading and math and MANNERS which is a huge plus for me because children should also be taught appropriate behavior and emotional coping skills. Although they see him for majority of the day and already do such a great job strengthening values in my son, I know those skills have to be instilled at home. I have seen (several) times a student in my sons class hitting kids and teachers and even hit ME when I volunteered as a chaperone on a field trip. The teachers and front office worked so hard to make it work with that students but sadly the student was not cooperative or given consequences at home. I mean the school can only do so much. But with everything I have seen over the years here, Hood or bad outcome, they really truly care for each and every child in that school. I would definitely recommend this kids r kids to everyone I know looking for a great start to a child's education!!!
