Enter Fitness Together. I appreciate the private workout stalls so much so no one can see each other and that I can workout truly in an individual setting. The coaches tailor each workout to my level keeping in mind any injuries (I have a weak psoas on one side) so they adapt the workout specifically for me. Everyone has been super friendly and the nutrition coaching even is adapting to my weird dietary stuff (I bet they hate working around GF, DF and low FODMAP). I really appreciate my time there and look forward to it every week which has decreased my stress level! The accountability is key to get me there- the online programs with Daily Burn and Peloton just don't cut it when I'm stressed and busy so I have to have it on the calendar so I don't flake on someone. :)

The one on one care you receive at FT is just one of the things I love about them. The trainers I've worked with are all knowledgeable and change each workout so that it doesn't get boring. They also know when yo push or back off which I appreciate. The owners - Sarah and Scott - have been great at getting me scheduled and being flexible when life happens. I highly recommend giving this location a shot. You have nothing to lose!

The instructors are great, the workout is hard, but what makes it so hard to love this place is the owner. Instead of caring about his members and their enjoyment of the gym, all he focuses his time on is scamming his high-paying members on late charges. So if I add myself to a waitlist, and someone drops out at midnight, and now I've made other plans - thinking I can't get in this class - he CHARGES YOU! Get this, you're next in line... you actually go and fill the spot, HE STILL CHARGES ME! #MoneyGrab The owner's waitlist policy is disgusting, it's cheap and it's disgraceful. I've contacted my credit card company and the BBB as this is the 3rd time I've attempted to reason with him on this fraud. He couldn't care less and enjoying milking his members for all their worth. $22 is charged to you if you're on a waitlist and even say NO I can no longer attempt! I started coming here with a friend for a different workout (other than the gym and weights), and I became obsessed! The instructors really help you and guide you in your moves and form, so that you don't injure yourself. The workouts are easy to follow and you are able to adjust based on skill level. I always come to this place with fear, but leave feeling amazing and sore! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Luckily, there was another gym goer that smartened me up on how to get inside. You have to enter to the left of the door and take an elevator down to the lower level. I'm sure this is what I would've been told when I called the number on the door. Upon finding the gym entrance, you can see it is tightly packed inside. Coming after 5pm, I expected the gym to be busy. Boy was it. I was able to get a workout in with adjusting a few things. Plenty of equipment to use whatever your workout routine is. There are columns that block a good portion of the mirrors when using the cable machines. Gym was clean. Staff said hello.

Never overly crowded either - it's nice that it's got two floors and lots of different spaces designated for different types of workouts.
