I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

We went through so many revisions and they were very patient with me. My only complaint was that communication was rather slow and sparse at the beginning. I would have to wait for weeks at a time before getting a response. One day when I called, the supervisor was the one that answered. After I expressed my concern with the lack of communication, there hasn't been a problem since. So kudos to a quickly resolved issued. Another bonus, is that they have several locations and are willing to deliver if needed!

I needed to get a package out but my baby had fallen asleep in the car and as other parents know, you do all you can to let them sleep! I was told that they moved 2 years ago, so that shows that I haven't been there for some time. They do change a $3 fee for using your card, so that is something to keep in mind. It didn't bother me, since I actually don't carry cash. I misplaced the green paper that is normally mailed to you, and you don't need it b/c they put up your information with your license.
